There is a lot to unpack here. I am going to address some points you have made first. I am worried that your post is actually extremely targetted.
This seems to be a very targeted, Shroud had a Head Admin as well as an RCMD working along side him. I would not be saying he felt confident, other then a group of friends enjoying themselves and wanting to share the video.
From watching the video, there were two people attempting to blow up the canisters, the intention was to blow them up, not commit RDM. Just because you underline something doesnt make it law.
Shroud and Zeros are not high command.
Again rules do apply to everyone. However context is very important, in which this is a 28 second clip with the first 16 seconds being the contect you are speaking about.
This just isnt used in the right context, as intergrity stands for 'the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles'.
So my question to you is, acting with intergrity, do you actually know what happened other then having a 28 second clip with the first 16 second being the incident? Do you know what lead up to the situation? Why there were 5 people there?
The reason I am asking the question is because your explination seems extremely targatted and hostile towards 'high command'.
