First of all. It's not even how you conducted yourself as Attack Reg, It started how you conducted yourself as Cody. My very first public interaction ended up being way blown out of proportion, I simply tried to roleplay and you further told me I wasn't roleplaying which ended up in a roleplay argument that you started. You eventually played the victim card, you took the L as I argued back with you. Used your BCMD position to argue with me, and get me arrested which later got me removed from CG and the removal of my MoH. Now how I conducted myself after that, was on my own accord as I was titled but personally you have the mentality of a hormonal teenager. It's your way or no other way, you sometimes act like a brat and have this argumentative mindset which is extremely fkn toxic. You use your following, your positions in and out roleplay and popularity within friend groups of the server to sway your opinion of people onto others. I have no idea personally how conducted yourself after I left the server, and when you got Attack Reg, but before that... Before Cody, you were just straight up a little ass. Now, yes this does seem like I am personally attacking you which is probably subconsciously true. But you need to man the fuck up when things don't go your way, Drop the argumentative mentality, be more optimistic than pessimistic and just be more outgoing with people. Thanks for my ted talk. Hey man, I don't know if this 100% serious or not, but as someone who is currently in college and went through the application process for over 15 colleges, I would be incredibly hesitant to include anything about Synergy/video games in general on my application. Most if not all of the people who will be reading your application will be older and likely have a skewed/stigmatized view of video games and this will do a lot to injure your case. As for some general tips, I would focus your common app essay on some event or activity you did in high school that you think defines the "you" that you want to show the colleges you're applying to. This last part is key: you want to show the school your best face - not the face of you sitting on the couch and eating pizza and playing video games, but the face of you going out in your community and doing good, or founding a new club, or participating/excelling in a sport that you enjoy. By far the most important thing for you to do is to write about something that makes you stand out. I cannot tell you how many times I heard from my high school advisor that an admissions committee/application reader only spares your application at the most 5 minutes (in fact, this number is likely a lot lower). These people reads THOUSANDS of applications, and if yours doesn't stand out or make a compelling case, your chances of getting in to the school you love are shortened. To give you some hope though, you don't have to do some world-changing thing to get into a school. Pick something you love about yourself or your life and write about it well in an interesting manner. Read tons of examples of successful common apps that got people into different colleges. Think hard about what kind of image you want to present and what things in your life could help you present that image. Above all, put in the time and effort and have as many people read your application as is possible. Another piece of advice I can give that you've probably already heard is the ranking system for your schools. Apply to a certain number of dream, middle, and safety schools (fewer dream, mostly middle and safety) depending on your time constraints and how much money you're willing to spend (it's expensive). Finally, do your research, budget your time well, and do everything you can to increase your odds of getting in (visit the campus, follow them on social media, etc.). Event was 7/10, staff team didnt ignore you as you were told GM makes the decision for vehicles yes or no, GM hadnt said yes or no so you got no vehicle, you were told at that time by ME, that GM had said nothing, after that and after you were told in OOC you proceeded to shit talk staff with Spaghetti and others for 10 minutes before I nearly kicked you. Even upon request you can be denied, your pilot rank was nearing bottom of totem pole so realistically you were breaking Pilot rules by requesting a LAAT instead of letting a senior pilot fly. Do not and I repeat DO NOT negatively rate an event / encounter because you didnt get your way, this has nothing to do with event or encounter and you negatively rating it affects the GM who was doing what he could.

Unless you have done anything you think you should be ashamed of, there's no reason not to do it publicly. Helps to answer everyone's questions without having to come to you to bombard you with potentially repeat questions.

Recently I have had news that there are members of the community who disapprove of how I conducted myself as ATK Regimental. I'd like to urge anyone who had a bad interaction, argument, or viewed anything I did ,during my term, to reach out so we can both more understand each other and so that I can know how I need to improve for the future. Note: I strongly considered not doing an AAR due to how basic it was and this was completely just to give people something to do and to use the vehicle spawners to their full extent since not many people were on. To those like me who enjoy more RP and story I will be doing a much more in depth event tomorrow.

avoids arguments. I'm very happy to tell people my side multiple times as long as it avoids horrible petty public arguments. I am not looking for a witch hunt or drama, this is not to quench the drama thirst the community has, this is literally PR and re-establishment of trust. I can address them if you want but I assure you there will be points of conflict which will result in an argument, keeping it private allows to subdue public argument and for two sides to eventually and privately come to an understanding of each other.
