Further this application will not follow a format and instead show why I deserve the role based on my role play character and the story he follows with some reputation representation. CT PVT Shield, Reporting for duty! My name is Shield or CT-2424 and I am a dedicated and loyal clone trooper focused on the path of making a better future for all battalions. Us CT's are the future of your battalions, but yet we learn almost nothing before we join the boys in color. With limited respect, leadership and permissions clone troopers see the boot of my battalions respect, but why? Without us your battalion will eventually fail. Why don't we train our CT's to do right before they do wrong? Because by the time they learn to do right they are stuck in the cell behind the shock. With a stronger leadership and more control over the clone troopers that join we can produce a much more productive and professional quality of troopers to your bunk doors. I may be shiny, but I am experienced. With over 5500 effective hours and training I have the patience, dedication and skill to train, develop and make all of our clone troopers great again. Further as a larger voice for the Clone Troopers I am other dedicated Clone Troopers can make a change in the way that us CT's are seen and the way we are seen. Say no to disrespect, wrongful arrests and untrained privates. Having a very limited amount of trusted and dedicated ranked Clone Troopers would let us deal with the defects before they make their way into your battalions giving you a hard time. It can be one of our responsibilities to deal with these defects before they become an issue. As an adaption to making these troopers ready I can improve the entire recruitment process, with the opportunity to teach the CT's about each battalion ourselves so that they don't make the wrong decision and then have issues trying to change class or battalion in the future. Role play character: Personal - "Not related directly to my reason for becoming SGT, just my background." CC-2424 assigned to Squad A-9084: Active CC's - CC-2425, CC-2426, CC-2427, CC-2428. Squad A-9084, recognized as the Alpha-24's for completing leading times and records in simulation and training, scoring in highest discipline and tactics. Fast tracked in training the Alpha-24's caught the eyes of ARC's scouts for future ARC instructors. The Alpha-24's stood side by side as a 5 man squad that joined arms in over 439 missions. With an unstoppable squad the squad had 0 failed missions until... Mission Log 440. Mission Type Defense Mission Location Kamino - Alpha-24's mission was to directly infiltrate the lead command ship of the fleet attacking the closest thing to home we had. The most important mission the squad has ever seen, they understand the future of the battalions is based on this base. With all other ships grounded due to the blockade Alpha-24's had no support and only enough equipment for a single assault on the enemy. With mission details classified the details have never been disclosed and only one trooper survived the mission. All that is known is that the mission was a success with the squad taking down the command ship and causing enough damage to the other ships leading to the victory of Kamino36DOTH. However, Alpha-24's never classed this as a victory as only two troopers survived the mission. CT-2424 escaped the ship seconds before its destruction with 6 wounds and only one trooper from his squad. CT-2427 survived the mission with the only 1 fatal wound after being dragged into the escape pod by CT-2424 who took all 6 wounds defending CT-2427 with his own body. - After the successful landing of the escape pod Alpha-24's survivors were found by Warrent Officer Appo and Captain Cale. These two officers got the two wounded into the medical station just in time for them to live to fight another day. From that day onward CT-2424 goes by 'Shield' and CT-2427 has been in deep medical care ever since with the hopes of returning back to the battlefield one day. Mission Details remain classified. Mission Log End. Alpha-24s are now a retired now however all members are remembered in honor of this great day. ------ CT PVT 'Shield' set to not betray those of his men that never got the chance to join a battalion and serves to protect and serve those who join and train to do what his men never got the chance to do. I think this suggestion is dumb, so I rated your post dumb, does this make me a bully? If you're really having issues with people harassing each other it needs to be brought up to the proper channels; people have been forum ban in the past for "abusing" the rep system. There's also a difference between posting something in which people disagree with, and rate you dumb, or one person going out of their way to spam dumb your last 30 posts Removing a system because a few people had their feelings hurt is kinda dumb, it's literally forum reputation, I mean @Sanchez Resident became a Director with like 8 forum warnings so in reality I don't think you should take it too seriously

Well, It's been a long time running. I've spent just over a year on Synergy, and boy has it been a blast. I've had so much fun doing various things from being in the 501st and being two squad leads and the Regimental of SO BDE. I've made friends along the way, and ran into people I never seen eye to eye with. Which is understandable, nonetheless you all made my time here a great one. Recently, I've been playing with old friends on Halo and just having a great time which has been an amazing last few days. I'm honestly twelve days from finishing my term, but I've been so drained and it sucks. I wish I could finish it, but I don't want my last few days to be a shit one and make it seem like a drag to get on. Time for shoutouts, I guess? First and foremost, @Marvel You've been my best friend for almost three years now and we've played so many games, tried new communities and just had a general blast over the years. I don't know why I'm shouting you out because I know I'll still game with you, Although you brought me into the community. So it feels appropriate to shout you out. You're the realest and bestest friend anyone could've asked for. You made me get here this far into SO BDE, So for that. I thank you. @SO BDE Well gents, The curse took over. I know I didn't have a good nor a fantastic term but I hope I made you all proud. Watching all you tryout and pass, becoming Squad leads and absolute chads was a blast. Name: Rick RP Rank: Captain Suggestion: Giving separate white lists to the Alpha ARC characters with there own kit's as well as getting them new model's which we have been talking about for a long time. Also once we get these model's it would be only fair that the pay get raised to at least 450 for the alpha ARC's below Alpha-17, Fordo and Valiant and the pay raised to 500 for Fordo and 17 and possibly raising Valiant's pay to 700. The reason I say the pay raise is only fair is because for example most of Green Company have more pay than a normal alpha ARC, same thing with TC and K-company. I might even add just having all Alpha ARC pay at 500 and Valiant having 700. I personally feel and many others would say the same that Alpha is harder to get into over TC, GC, K-company, and other things like that, this is another reason for the pay raise. For the kit's we would right down a list and try to go over it with Dragon or someone else that would be willing to do so in order to make sure that they are fair and make sense. Implementation: We would with no hesitation pay for the new models. We don't care how long any of this takes we just want to have a fair amount of pay and have each lore character have there own white list that doesnt look horrible, also the kit's are very important in order to fit each specilization. Lore: The lore for each character would have to be updated due to the separate white list's. Also the lore is quite vague on the characters we have now. Battalion: 327th Star Corps RP Name: Loopy Date: 12/4/19 Reason: Unknown illness. Goodbyes: It’s time gents. If you may or may not have known I have contracted a helluva illness that is causing me to neglect my Battalion Commander duties, I tried to wait and see if I could kick it in a timely manner but after 2 weeks of it showing no signs of getting better but instead getting worse I have decided to step down from Commander Bly to allow less ill and more active leaders to go for it. The jist is I just can’t really lead in my sickened state to the point where the battalion I love seems to be suffering from a lack of leadership which I sadly cannot provide due to my ever increasing sickness, so I will be stepping aside so the battalion can grow instead of being held back by me. Although I will be resigning as Commander Bly I will not be resigning as a Head Admin as I believe I can still effectively help the server even while I’m in my sickened state. I will still be helping the 327th behind the scenes as a legacy member by making docs or just giving simple advice to help the battalion grow. When I do kick this illness I plan on returning to the 327th full time at whatever rank the current Bly gives me. Its fine if you want to stay a CT but Sock runs the TR program and has done a lot for it and the server, he isn't always active on the server itself so it makes sense for the founders to grant him his rank to thank him.

I feel as though the dumb react, if used properly, is a great addition to the forums in such that it allows people to state that the post that they are reacting to is... dumb. For example, if someone states that something is a fact, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi was Jedi General of 327th, you could rate this post dumb as it's obviously the person being dumb. People should just use the forums and all parts of it as intended, or should be reported/punished.

-1 Semi-serious RP always ends up causing a spike in minging, we have quite strict arrest rules but that seems to be the only issue people seem to have with serious RP. Lots of people don't even pay attention to how it's serious RP and tend to be really lazy. Semi-serious usually translates to Non-serious RP and with the current RP levels of the server I dunno how we'd cope. Lots of members of the server are genuinely shocking at RP, if we wanna address how people behave in the server and how they RP how about we teach people how to fucking RP because rn there is only training for specific RP (like ENG) no general RP shit. Get battalions to promote passive RP so people can learn to properly interact and we don't have to cover it up with the title of Semi-serious RP. I think CG should be more lax too because the rules that seem to be attached to serious rp can be strange at times, almost unnecessary. Just my opinion, prolly just seems like empty rambling

Name: Shaw Suggestion: Remove or change Dumb Reaction so it doesn't effect reputation. Why should we implement this? People have been complaining and throwing around hate and such with the dumb tag to hurt peoples reputation on the forums and their overall opinions, so having it removed or changed as stated above would seriously tone down the "witch hunting" and "Mass Dumbing" problems we have on the forums. How will this improve the Forums? Would remove toxic individuals ability to constantly effect other peoples ratings with "Mass Dumbs" and effectively help create and environment in which people can actually give their opinions freely without the constant bullying that happens on the forums currently.

honestly it has been over a month he has revived the battalion and even after all this work his battalion is still facing removal, imagine what he could do for battalions that aren't facing removal. He is quite frankly the best man for the job

-1 -- Heard from multiple 187th members that you are lacking for activity. Also heard that you pulled a 187th member into a channel with other officers and NCOs and humiliated him. Definitely not a good thing to have for a Reg Commander. Also when you were recently on, you were caught minging, with 41st. May I ask what you have done for the 187th since your term?
