Here is how in 3 easy steps... 1. You start off by removing all competition from the position you want. 2. Become "Besties" with the High Command of set BAT/Area that you want to get higher positions in easier and faster. 3. Take credit for everyone else's work and involve yourself in everything. Oh and also, don't forget to constantly say meme's in OOC saying like "Only in it for the Powerplay" and jokes like that.

-1, for a variety of reasons: 1. The issue with ENG struggling isn't because the opportunity isn't available (as others stated) as a job. The problem is that there aren't many times where it is needed, or those who have it don't do it. Solution? Come down hard on the ENG jobs and BO if they aren't doing their job. If it isn't that, then GMs should encourage more RP related to that while the shoot em up aspect is happening. Both of these could make ENG RP viable again, without the additional issues. 2. In terms of a battalion removal, space, etc, I agree that there is not room right now. With 128 people, it can be hard enough as is. Now personally, I would've +1'd this over 187th when they were added, simply because the "airborne" role is rarely useful and is already encompassed by 212th. If the 187th were replaced with this I'd be more inclined to back it. However, even they struggle with numbers and are pretty new, so adding another new battalion from scratch would potentially worsen the problem, or repeat it. As for removing Sith, they provide a completely different function (i.e. Roleplay that can be spontaneous based on patrols, attacks, etc.) that would not match a battalion being added (this was one of the problems with going to the Venator, we had nothing to do with Sith). And before anyone says "Sith don't RP," Chrome has done an excellent job changing that. 3. Jurisdiction. This is one of the big problems I could see happening. 104th handle armor, BO handle turrets/Generators, GM do gate repairs, and then you add these guys. Despite how hard people work to counter it, people will always argue and fight about who is allowed to do or is in charge of something; I see it even now with things like negotiations, interrogations, hell even Medical and VIPs at times. I think the addition of it would cause more conflict than it actually fixed. Overall, I think that this isn't the time, especially with a new battalion just added. MAYBE if this had come before 187th, but even then there are the other issues. Like I said, the real issue is that there need to be more opportunities for ENG RP provided and those who have it need to do the job when it is available.

You can already do it though by joining a battalion with a engineer job ig you acctually looked 212th DU 104th Base Ops ECT. they have the spawnable turrets they have the repair tools and geuss what they do ENG RP to thats been my point from the start adding as a battalion is excessive when they are plenty of jobs on the server that already do it already get priority on ENG RP and you through out your comments have made it seem like you haven't even made an effort to look on the server for ENG classes they exist making a battalion dedicated to them wont help as they are many jobs on the server that cater to ENG RP.

+1 Bro has done so much for this battalion in the 8 months that I have known him. It was his dedication the revived the long dead 2ndAC branch back in December and it was his dedication that always kept the support branch running at peak performance. Bro has done so much hard work for this battalion, and he has in my opinion earned his place as Commander Cody. He always listens to someones opinion no matter the rank, and I have never seen him get genuinely upset at anyone for a mistake they made. He instead lectures them in a calm but stern voice , telling that how to be better, and always listening and understand their point of view. He always shows effort to improve the quality of the battalion in any way he can (Working on his own clone voice for RP to get people more into it for example). His open minded attitude has always helped bring so much more to the battalion(Transforming Parjai squad into a more commando-like unit with specified roles, or suggestions to add more documents to improve the quality of 212th medics< as the former MEDL this particular part was very apparent and very helpful in making the 212th medics so much more fun to be apart of). During his time as SUPO and 2ndACXO he was able to manage both of them extremely well, always making sure both were active and participating on the server day to day with training's, quality RP and events. Now I just want to take a short moment to address some of the reasons for -1's . I think that the down flaws in a change of leadership is largely over exaggerated, and I don't think that 212th is in all that great of a place right now. I've talked to a few very dedicated members of the 212th (not going to name any names) and many have them have the same concerns I do. Now i am not incompetent, I do know that changes in leadership can have adverse negative results, but in this situation, I think the 212th can really benefit from a change in leadership. Now this isn't to knock Striker at all he has done alot of great work to help keep the battalion going. But many people in the battalion that I have talked to have always felt that Bro was always given to short end of the stick, when his dedication to the battalion warranted more. Many people already/had viewed Bro in the light of being a commander position if not Commander Cody, something as of yet he has been denied repeatedly. Now that last thing that I would like to add onto this part is that as I said before, Bro is a very capable leader and he has dealt with heated situations like this before. I have full confidence that any trouble presented from Bro being made Cody, can be dealt with without fuss and drama by Bro. Now I know this is alot to read but I just wanted to share my point of view on why Bro should become Cody, based off things that have developed over the past few months. I hope that some of the things I have said will matter in some way for the end result. I wish the best of luck to you Bro!

This was another Battle of Kamino, however this didnt really stick to what normal people do and try to compact people in a certain area. I.e defend X here. This just allowed people to do what they want and i appreciate that, storywise it was pretty off rails but, overall it was pretty hectic and fun, all around chaos. 8/10

9/10 I don't usually rate events, but that felt like straight up Battlefront with the droids moving from platform to platform with the drills simulating the attack on tapoca city. Do more of that awesome work with the moving droids because that was sick.

9/10 did a superb job with managing spawn rates and not pre-spawning while still giving everyone love. The biggest weakness was storytelling. Even though we all know the battle it would be nice to have a little more RP in comms.

Every bcmd has some sort of issues during their time. Striker had proven that he is able to lead his battalion and that he cares for it greatly. I might not have interacted with him all too many times, but he cares for his battalion and the people in it, or else he would not be running again. I believe that striker can continue to lead his battalion successfully and efficiently, and that is why I am leaving this with a +1
