this is the disrespect and bandwagoning i was talking about when i was marshal i knew it wouldnt be long before the rest of the community took notice of what you and your group of friends are doing. zim hit it right on the head here literally 90% of the people +1 this application are a part of the "bandwagon" or in your close friends group coming from someone thats outside of that group washington from day one you felt power hungry from my aspect. Now weather or not that was your intent from the start or it was my commander report that finally paved the way to where you wanted to be. And I might add at the end here you guys put the commander report up against me saying I was "Inactive" at the date of the report i had 137.4 Hrs on GMod the day the report was made. Quite frankly the report was opened when i went to work and was closed by the time i came home from work, 90% of the people "+1" my commander report were a part of your friends group or the bandwagon of people giving negative reputation. I dont know if the report was made intentionally when i was at work or not but to me felt like the biggest powerplay of the year. When i took on the marshal spot and started to keep track of battalion and regimental totals, the Grand Army total was at 985. In the time that i was Marshal i got that number to rise to 1055, after the report was made and i ceased communicating with other battalions and keeping a watch over high command the count has now fallen to 907. as of 3/2/18. If i truly was inactive i dont think we would see a rise in trooper population, quite honestly you would see what is currently happening as the grand army population is steadily declining. Even if your activity is as you say it is at 70hrs, that still in my opinion isnt active enough to hold the rank of marshal commander your continued LOA's show that your getting tired in the postion your at. Washington dont take this the wrong way but your a good guy but you powerplayed and favoritisimed your way to this point. it was only a matter of time till the rest of the community caught on to what you and your friends were doing. If you think you have what it takes to be marshal I hope that once this application is accepted or denied you realize EXACTLY what i had to go through on the back end that no one sees or appreciates but its still left upto the marshal to take care of. My life very honestly when i was marshal was id wake up at 7am in the morning be at work by 8am work til 7pm at night hop on GMod til 2-3 in the morning then sleep for 3-4hrs and go back to work. I work my job anywhere from 50-60 hrs a week and still found enough time to have 100hrs+ every 2 weeks dedicated to the server. Quite literally this was my experience for the one month that i held marshal was barely any sleep and dealing with battalions problems document work or interviews till i had to goto sleep for work the next morning. Putting this out there for people who dont exactly understand how high command is supposed to work, Chancellor Palp is the highest rank the marshal commander reports to the chancellor any changes or needs of a specific battalion or Regiment and interviews that go along with a BCMD spot or a high ranking spot as well as overseeing all the regiments and making sure they are running smoothly and finding ways of getting the Grand Army population up. The seniors job is to make sure the battalions in their branch are active and have their issues dealt with if the issue is too big for the senior to take care of he is supposed to bring it to the marshal and the marshal will address it to the chancellor. along with that Seniors are responsible for training and simulations for his regiment that the battalion may need. Regimental are the core foundation of the high command, regimental have a lot of work in the sense they are the ones reporting directly to the battalions and making sure their battalions needs are met. along with that regimental are supposed to host training that individuals may need inside their battalion that the regimental can host. Regimental are also supposed to make sure the battalions tryouts, rules and documentation are all up to date and an active IT team is helping keep up on the document work. Lastly regimentals are to report to the senior's and tell them any changes in their battalion or needs that the regimental cant handle himself. Not all the things you do as Marshal is seen by the community and i think you applying for this position only thinking about the "Title of the rank" not what goes along with having the rank. This is why i dont think you are ready for this position, i didnt feel like you were ready for the senior position and it shows in the fact you barely do anything as a Senior. I took my leave off this community flame or -1 this if you will but it really doesnt mean much to me anymore it will just prove my points even more, as stated in many posts above the truth had to get out there at somepoint. Take this and the rest of the community feedback and try to improve upon your senior spot, I feel moving forward myself and other people that are applying for the position should be required to complete their term as Senior before applying, your term as senior ends on 4/20/18. hopefully by the time your term comes up you realize what it means to be marshal. I have to correct you on this one thing. If you ever called someone a "Gook" irl you would get punched so fast you wouldn't know what hit you. I have multiple friends that I would consider family that have been called this word and I can tell you it's just as offensive as the "N Word" is to African Americans. Just because you don't consider it offensive doesn't mean it's not actually offensive to those it applies to.

-1 I don't think you deserve this at all the only time I have seen you get on before was the BATT V BATT TOURNEY. I rarely ever see you on. You said that you worked close with the 41st, but I never see you in our channel. TBH you are a good guy, just not right for the position.

I do think that the criticism sourrounding Washington is slightly unfair. People are reading too much into the 'activity in hours' Anyone can spend 150 hours on the server but how many of them are AFK?? The only time I see washington on is when he is active and running around helping people. Id rather see someone who has 30 hours and works his ass of then someone who has 200 hours and most of that is spent sat in a room collecting credits. Its quite clear that most people are -1ing due to the fact of activity. We all have real lifes, we all have jobs and families that we need to go to and obivous @Washington is not exception. Im not part of this Washington clan @Joah and @Zim But I can tell you both now that when he is on, the effort that I have seen from this person is exeptional. He is either on the forums reading peoples applications, +/- 1ing. Or he is in and out of channels talking to everyone. If there is anyone that deserves this role as Marshal CMD then its Washington. He does pick up activity at weekends and that I can vouch for. This man DESERVES this without a doubt and its not a case of he is the only person running for it. There is a reason, he has got into the position to be able to apply because he is capable and obviously people have seen that but I can tell you know if this man get the position he will not take it lightly, he will not just sit on his ass and get less and less. Ive been on this server since Novemeber I have constantly seen Washington around while I have been in SO, SC as MicrosoftWord and MooseWundo. Not once did I see a Regimental Commander or even know who it was. This man is known and will blitz this job

The Camando droids sneak past the clones while ventress is attacking them. when the cammando droids kill the senator there next job is to do as much damage to the ship as possible the droids will not be able to cloke during this last part because were nearing the end so I need them to die off and thats my event

I honestly hardly see you in the game doing anything with your current senior commander so why do you need to go higher up? You need to have a lot of spare time to hold one of these positions so they are getting utilized to the fullest and I can't see you doing that with your current work ethic. -1

I think it may be more professional for me to keep this outta my normal font. I also only quoted the thing I want to adress, to prevent this from becoming any kind of argument, just a view from both sides. Alrighty, so, starting off, thank you for the following; respecting someone else's opinion and not just hitting -1 and moving on, actually writing out a reason for your +1, and finally for keeping the fact that we are a community and do / should care for each other regardless of opinion difference. Normally I wouldn't reply, but for these three reasons alone I felt you deserved a well written response. We will start off with what I personally see them doing; I feel as though Senior Commanders should be creating roleplay for their battalions, through custom events, passiveRP or simply making it up. It's an important part of embrassing a serious roleplay server as well as building relations of our troopers through in-game memories and bonding moments. Next is training, a Senior Commander should oversee that some sort of training is happening daily, when he is available he should be doing CITs for his units or teaching them new tactics. Working on teamwork building rather than doing the same old training every time. Lastly is leading by example, showing activity, showing matureness, working with his men rather than above them. Standing next to them in battle, working as a unit but knowing when to step in as a leader. I think Seniors should hold one of the biggest roles on the server, and Marshall is only one step above that one, but you need to be able to take that step. Following up is activity, activity is all down to the eye of the beholder. But I personally view 50 hours poor for someone looking to take Marshal, not to remention the LOAs taken as well. How can someone lead and manage if they are not on, the more time spent on, is the time making a change for people. I am going to go ahead and compare Washington's hours as of right now to Xaze's (Since I see him on all the time.) As you can see Xaze is one of many examples of players who have over double Washingtons hours. And I am also going to use him since I don't think I have seen him even once break roleplay or character in-game. Relooping, I haven't been on the server in the last 5 days and I still have almost as many hours as Washington with 36.4 in the last two weeks. As you rank up, you don't retire, you take more responsibility, you need to be able to hold up to that responsibility. I understand people have actual lives and issues preventing this sometimes, but then again, isn't that why you all demoted Gene? Yeah, I thought so. All in all, I want to as a Owner do my part to keep this community running smooth. This includes putting my personal opinions aside of people and really reviwing what's best for the server. Currently, I don't see that as Washington. I like when people form their own opinions and can actually back them up. If anyone can prove me wrong I will happily change my stance on this. It's time we look at whats best for the community, not what's best for our friends.
