Alright going to say what i wanted to say. My term ends this month on the 27. I will happy take that demotion because It means I get to help more people, the 104th and 41st are two battalions I love so much and want to see them surpass. The reason why I'm not going for another term due to I want to help more people and change peoples lives for the good. And I talked to foreseen it ends at the 27 of this month. But I would understand if your opinion stays just want to put that down and I would love to take that "demotion" if it means I get to help and change more peoples life's.

I have to gain loyalty, leadership, and respect. I have gotten for my first time on any server Captain and also gained ARC. During being SO I trained almost every day. To help my men become better than they were yesterday and making them stronger leaders and fighters. Us as a team we made many helpful Docs to strengthen our men and show them guides to making them stronger. Rancor(PVT-2ndLT) On Joining the Rancor Battalion, they gave me the opportunity to give me RTL and officers. This helped me get more experience in leadership and knowledge of if you work hard enough for what you want and show you can be dedicated, hard-working and show you deserve it than you can get anything with all of those key components. 91st(PVT-CPT) In joining the 91st they pushed me to become the best of the best. I went into their ranks on both my clone and my Jedi. They helped me become an outstanding clone with their support and loyalty within the battalion. 104th Mechanized: (WO-2ndLT) As joining the 104th battalion after taking a break from the server I got a good welcome and accepted back into the community. With being into the 104th they let me prove to them I was a good soldier worthy leader within their battalion. And in that effect, we’ve helped the battalion a lot. SO BDE Atin(Redacted-Redacted) With joining the SO BDE I have obtained Omega Squad Two-Two Atin. With many years of wanting to join the SO BDE I have finally achieved it. The SO BDE helped me advance my skills and gain more family and friends. Jedi Grand Master Of the Order Yoda As I became Yoda I have had a warm welcome into the position. Afterward, it was right to work. During my Term, I had to add new masters and train them. We also worked on the new lightsaber system and made new improvements that sparked the activity within the Jedi. We made new rules and made Jedi actually love being who they are and not some siths that are not. I was able to get new boosters for Seers and perks for all my branches to have some extra for them to enjoy. Made Strike team overseer and made Regimental Jedi for High command and had every rank in the master important and encouraged them to get promoted. And during the Leaks, we started to work on the new docs right away making new trials so that the Jedi order can run again. Padawan- Grand Master Joining the Jedi order on December 9th, 2017. Helped me with being known to the Jedi order and showing that I can make an Impact within it and help them achieve their goals. And becoming Yoda 2020 helped me become better as a person and helped the Jedi Order in a whole. Adi Gallia As being in the 91st as a Knight I was ranked up and given Jedi Master and became 91st Jedi General Adi Gallia. It helped me gain leadership within the 91st and helped me progress as an SHML. Plo Koon Becoming Plo Koon was one of my greatest accomplishments on the server. Becoming one of my favorite Jedi in the Star Wars universe of Jedi. Becoming Plo Koon helped me understand leadership. Unnamed Jedi Wolfpack Within the 104th coming back from my second break. I have been given 104th Unnamed Jedi Wolfpack after creating the 104th Unnamed Jedi Wolfpack doc. To prove to them I am dedicated and worth giving the opportunity of being beside the Wolfpack members. Shadow Manager Becoming Shadow Manger was the first step in becoming a master. Given this opportunity to become a shadow Manager it should be useful. And obtaining more shadows for the shadow branch and making it great again. Shadow Manager Lead Being a shadow manager helped me obtain the rank of master. I served under Bbstine as he was my Sentinel lead. My second term as sentinel lead under Cabrera we made and helped with many docs to help the sentinel and shadow branch in further their RP. GateKeeper Becoming a shadow manager lead I was given Gatekeeper where it helped me improve and shadow the sentinel branch. Sentinel Lead As given the opportunity of becoming sentinel lead by the council. We have made progress and helped with the sentinel branch. Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: The reasons why I should become Regimental Commander Is due to my past experience, my drive to make synergy a more exciting and enjoyable experience, I’m not afraid to put someone down even if it's my friend, and I do it as Yoda and would love to continue. The First reason why I should become Regimental Commander is my past experience. As Yoda, it gave me a lot of leadership and responsibility and gave me the drive to work hard every day and be the best I can be. Being Yoda made me be able to bring more ideas on the table and help bring Jedi more active and more enjoyable to be on. And I wish to show that as a Marshal Commander and show my drive as I did as Yoda. This is the first reason why I should be Regimental Commander. Secondly, my drive to make synergy a more exciting and enjoyable experience. I would love to be able to help more to help out my community and help make the time spent on the server fun and eventful. And I believe being Regimental Commander would help me, help the server become more exciting. Thirdly, I am not afraid to put someone down even if it’s my friend. The reason why I’m saying this is that we are all family and friends here. Sometimes we favoritize people and don't give them punishments just a slap on the wrist. With me, I believe the only way of getting through someone is punishment even if it's a harsh one. Even Though punishments can impact them negatively they also show them some light of not doing it again or giving them a drive to become better or prove themselves to become the best that they can and show that it would never happen again and that they learned their lessons from it. Lastly, I believe I should be Regimental commander because, as yoda I already do what a regimental would. As my job as yoda I help with 41st while leading jedi. I am a 104th trooper also. So during my term I was able to help both sides when needed. And my experience helping them and being with them has been fantastic. Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: Enjoyable: By the end of my term, I do want the Mechanized battalion to be as enjoyable as possible. Yes, I want to make it enjoyable but to where they have fun roleplaying as their clone trooper without breaking any rules. There are ways to have fun on downtime or at any time without breaking rules. I want to show them that it is possible to have fun and hang out and that without events it can still be fun. Professional: While having them being able to enjoy themselves I do want them to be professional to the fact that it is a serious RP server and wants them to show them that they are the best of the best no matter what battalion there is a part of. Because every battalion has the special thing that they are given that makes them unique so I want them to be able to show that off and be proud of being in that battalion. Have great leadership: I want to inspire more leadership. I love going into battalions comms during events and listening to their leadership. And I would love more NCOs and Officers working together and making that strong leadership. Working together and leading helps make them stronger and makes that battalion more like a family so I want to show that and be able to leave after my term knowing that they will still be strong without me. Be able to make hard decisions on their own: With being in High command or even in the NCO core you have to make hard decisions. And during my term, I want to show that making these hard decisions wouldn't be the end of the world more of a new opening. I want to show people that making tough decisions and knowing that at the end of the day it will make you or your battalion a better place than doing it and be proud of doing it. Having friendly competitions: Even though this might not seem important. Having those competitions between battalions helps that battalion become better. It's that drive to become better from a win or lose. I believe I want 41st and 104th to be able to host these competitions to whatever they desire and make it fun and competitive so it's hard and helps out both teams. Able to help each other is hard times: There will be times where a battalion is slipping or having rough times. I want to enhance that bond with the 41st and the 104th is when one is struggling with activity, or just needs help, in general, they aren't afraid to ask. Because at the end of the day they are the Mechanized Battalions they should be able to go for each other help and guidance. Good bond/teamwork: Even though they have a good bond I want by the end of my term for them to be able to trust each other and be able to work alongside each other. Having the 104th and 41st working closer together can make an unstoppable team. Due to this, they can defuse hostage takeovers even if they speak a different language and are equipped with TX-130 and AT-RT. And I want them to be able to work together without any conflicts. Activity: I want by the end of my term to have a high number of population for 104th and 41st. I want them to have an active enlisted, NCO, Officer and High command core. I have been talking to people about the biggest flaws and I've seen it myself is activity. I want by the end of my term to show what 104th and 41st are capable of doing. And show they are the best of the best. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: My plans on improving relations within the Mechanized battalion are to create sims to help enhance working together, have training that is fun and learning for each battalion and improve trust and respect through all battalions. My first plan within the Mechanized battalion is to create sims to help enhance battalions and get them more comfortable working together. All battalions have their special perk within that battalion and I want to show that if we combine two battalions with that different perks and different play style and strategies then we can make an unstoppable team and that would help those battalions become stronger as a soldier and person. Having fun and learning training to help each other to learn more playstyle, different outputs and ways to defuse situations and helps the battalions to improve their training/missions to become more successful and helpful. With these training sessions, the officer/HC will be helping create a training to enhance and improve the two battalions and be able to work together in these training sessions. Third and lastly is to improve trust and respect. I believe to have a healthy relationship with the battalions and having that trust and respect is to create those Sim/trainings that forces them to work together and instead of hating or not knowing what to do due to they haven't worked together is to force them into working together and making them have a stronger relationship with each other so they can succeed in mission with each other. My goal for this training/sims is to improve trust and respect. I believe that these two are most important because It makes the server a better place and makes the Grand Army better and stronger than they are now. Name:SkylurWho Helped: Matt(shadow),GearsSummary Of encounter: A bounty hunter tooken a jawa hostiage and wanted to eat him. A unknown squad of clones came and helped the bounty hunter while a civilian convents the troopers that it is wrong watching the bounty hunter wanting to eat them. While taking out the bounty hunter his troops regrouped at slate making it a stand off between the clone troopers versus the bounty hunters.

And the sith tracked them down to here killing one of the Unknown strike team member in front of the Republic and sending his men to kill them off for trying to kill him. While his plan went south he had a pilot prisoner from the mission hostage and than trys to negotiate for the pilot but the sith didnt want to talk just fight. Than the troopers open the ray shield to the prisoner taken him to slate and had a LAAT taken him to medbay. While one of the siths got captured and brought to the light side. This encounter had Med RP, TECH RP, and bringing a sith back to the light side.
