You can call me inactive all you want, you left Synergy a while ago, and I don't believe you were ever on to see if I was "inactive". Yes, in my last few weeks my activity dropped to around 50-60 hours a week, But that's hardly inactive. Regardless of him being on an LOA, he shouldn't apply if he cannot find the time to get on. He applied for Recon Reg when he was on an LOA as well, and that didn't really work out for him. Plus, according to the SO Discord, he said his LOA was over last TUESDAY. Don't pull that shit.

@TayTay I would like to say you leaving came out of nowhere, but your activity has been very limited the past few weeks and I was hoping it was more of a phase or burn out, which could be rekindled. That being said, I am glad to have known you and you have my steam id, don't be a stranger. For everyone from the one who posted this resignation to those making comments USE THE FUCKING GOLDEN RULE IN LIFE. "If you don't have something nice to say to someone, don't say anything at all. Treat others as you want to be treated yourself." I have worked with 91st, CG, DU, and 501st for all of the I helped with recruitment and voiced myself on what could improve inside of each battalion. Inside of CG I helped recruit new guards and I even voiced myself with the rest of the officers when we didn't have an active commander. Now currently I am in SO as a major and I help to keep our documents up to date(for example the main so roster i keep up to date every chance i get, and there is a new document im working on on how to tell who a minge might just be) and lead in most events along with recruiting new players keep current players in line and help create new documents to teach new tactics or teach what we should do in certain situations. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: There is a gap in leadership inside of SO with only one commander and some active officers. Alongside the leadership problem there are issues in our SS and JT sections of our battalion that can only be fixed by commanders as we need new SSL's and SSO's but we can't get any. while being one of the most active officers on SO i'm not very talkative and that's something I will change by communicating with my fellow SO and also talk in communication with other battalions to orchestrate trains and sims to improve the effectiveness of our troopers not just in SO but in every battalion willing to help train and help work alongside Special Operations. Inside of different battalions I have friends in which are always willing to help out in trainings, sims and for a few for doc creating and if other battalions are willing I and others inside SO can cooperate with other battalions to create co-battalion train documents that would allow battalions to train with each other for better combat effectiveness. I will bring in active troopers to fill in empty spots in leadership and I will better my troopers with trainings on accuracy and teamwork with cooperation in sims with other commanders. Whilst I was within 187th I gained the drive to go for ARC training so as to further myself in terms of leadership and tactical use.I would go on to gain ARC to which I still have the training and qualification to this day. When I came back to 187th in its last few weeks I tried working with the few higher ups left to revive it to which we ultimately failed but due to these attempts I gained the ability to work better with google docs and google spreadsheet to which I would use heavily in the next months. 327th CPT-CMD(Hudson’s era): During my time in 187th drama was rising and it drove me away to the grasps of Hudson in the 327th in which I transferred in as a CPT due to my rank within 187th from my time with Naavi in 101st before she resigned for the first time. I eventually rose to the rank of CMD with me possibly being made Deviss should he be added.I was put in charge of Elite Trooper to which my time was short as 187th was dying and I left to help them.However in my time as ELTL I gained more experience in leadership and how to adapt to many situations and to take recommendations from those all around me no matter the rank so as to be effective in many situations. 101st CMD: Back when I was a 2ndLT in 187th Naavi came to me and said she would love to have me come help her in 101st as she was asked to run for its BCMD role. I accepted as she was one of the few in 187th with Jirachi and Forge included that were truly friends to me. In our time we had a great structure of leadership for our brief time on IFN before Joah was banned and went on to create Synergy to which we came over to help Naavi fully and in that time we had a great amount of dedicated troops within the battalion that did marvelous in any situation thrown at them with me and Jirachi being the ones who led them the most due to Naavi having to deal with a lot of IRL issues such as a full time job.However eventually 101st was removed to which I moved with Naavi and Kitsune to Shadow Company then but now Special Operations. SO 2ndLT-COL: When I came to SO(SC then) under the command of Freck and Ryx we had a great active player base that was in a semi serious state that did amazing within events. Upon me joining SC/SO I contacted Oshava to join our IT team so as to help with roster work and other documents as it was heavily needed within the battalion to which I was accepted and learned the ins and outs of the Roster and how it could be used correctly. During my time in SO I rose through the ranks at a moderate pace and in due time Ryx became our BCMD to which we flourished for quite a while. While within this new time frame under BCMD Ryx I pulled for recruits as best I could which wasn’t much due to low interest whenever I hosted tryouts at any given time,due to this I looked to doing heavy amounts of roster work to pull my weight in SO to which I was eventually made ITM. I have a few reasons for leaving this community, with the most important factor being that it is starting to get plain and boring. There are limited events and when there are events, to be plain and honest they are shit. Sometimes people pump out some good events but it is very rare. My second reason being, that I feel I need to spend a lot of my time on the server as a staff and as a player. I feel like over time, the work I did didn’t even matter, no one recognised me or the things I did. Another reason for me leaving is the fact that I won’t be able to play much longer, or help in staffing. I may occasionally hop on the server as a play to mess around a little bit, but I feel the staff role is weighing me down. These reasons are further highlighted through the amount of drama on the server. It is a game, but everyone back stabs others for power, nobody wants to play the game for fun, but for power, power in a game. I really don’t like to see stuff like this especially in a GMOD server. I did actually go on a 4 week LOA, but I still feel burnt out, the server is getting repetitive and boring, and that is essentially the main reason I’m leaving. +1, To anyone calling him inactive, He is on a LOA. Also second of all @Ryx You too were inactive half the time as a BCMD and still did decently well. Kitsune shouldnt be bogged down because he wasnt on the server for a few weeks, And why even post a -1? I thought you didnt care for SO in its current state?

Name:feather Suggestion: Get the new battalion republic pilots troops that are speciliazed in flying. implementation: At the begin when I join this server I saw cts flying Y-wings and some of them fucking blew up already in MHB and some of them killed clones and not even droids. so my idea is to get RP you need to be in that battalion to fly Y-wings or ARC-170 or LAATS etc. this battalion could be use ful since we have nobody or battalion members to fly its most of the time random people flying planes. as well I think we can put this in since its lore and like every venator in lore have RP in it. its also useful for off planet transport or sending boarding party. I think this is a ver use ful battalion for the ship.
