Alright, the decision has been made on Jefferson, and for these following reasons, we've made our decision. 1.) You've already been caught back on the Teamspeak acting toxic towards the 41st, which leads us to believe that you have not improved whatsoever. 2.) 40% of the Feedback was -1's with valuable reasoning as to why they believe you shouldn't be unbanned. 3.) @Sock Monkey has never -1'd a ban appeal and it brings me great concern to see him -1'ing here considering he doesn't believe in permabans in the first place. For these reasons, we've decided to DENY your ban appeal. Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to appeal.

I might be a bit biased but Jayarr and me have been friends for along time. He has done a lot more right than wrong and people make mistakes, sometimes people just cant control things and lash out. He has had enough time off from the server I doubt he is going to come on and create more drama he just wants to play. I think he should apologize for the models but other than that I see no reason to give this person another chance. If he stays banned I understand but just from my friendship with him for the last 3 years I know and understand this person. +1

The fact that you say it like that shows you don't even know who Jayarr was. Jayarr did more for the server then most other people, and yes he made a mistake but hes trying to make up for it. Having an attitude like that will get you no where. And stop being disrespectful to people you don't even know. And just saying its ironic you're calling them "drama causing cancer cells" when that's the kind of shit which starts drama. If you have an opinion state it, don't just say shit like that.

I personally find it funny how most of yall are commenting -1 due to a random message screenshot with no other proof. Plus it really seems like someone is going around telling his friends to -1 due to some sort of petty shit. Besides that comment in that pic means nothing. I hardly knew you before you got banned but I am going to say this. You did some shady shit with trying to delete the models, etc. You used an ALT account to post things on the forums passing yourself off as a different person recently while awaiting the decision on whether to allow you to appeal or not, had to ban that account and you messaged me about your appeal status and I said you had been denied the chance to appeal. You then taunted me in the 104th discord saying you were still in it (Specifically @ing me) Like I get you want to come back, but it seems you are still being extremely petty about the whole situation and still aren't really thinking things through. The other people that have appealed have kept far away from causing additional issues. If you had kept your nose clean I wouldn't have cared if you appealed or not but the one interaction I have had with you recently was negative so? -1

I want to start off by apologizing to the High Staff of Synergy Roleplay because of all the unnecessary drama between battalions and the countless hours of their time wasted because they had to deal with either me or the 41st. Throughout my time on the server, I spread much drama, created fights and made synergy a generally toxic place, and for that, I would like to personally apologize to Joah and the founders. Lastly, I want to apologize to any player/battalion I may have disrespected or made feel unwanted on the server. I know sorry isn’t enough, but if I get one more chance I promise I will not mess it up. Throughout my time on the server, I reached many achievements, such as XO of 41st, Master Cin Drallig, and Overseer of staff. I spent over 2000 hours on the server because I was dedicated to improving the healthiness and bettering the community as a whole. Although I spent so long, I threw all my work down the drain, creating drama and being peer pressured into doing some stupid things that I now regret. Looking back, I had many negative ideas about others and their battalions and opinions. Everything I said was based on what I saw, and at many times I jumped to conclusions, but I believe I have learned my lesson from the 2 months I have been banned. I want to go back to playing with my friends and spending quality time on the server. I don’t want to see all the work I put into the server go down the drain because of my dumb mistakes. I feel people will be kind enough to at least give me a second chance so I can show that I have changed and that I have bettered myself as a person. Well i was a staff memeber from Icefuse way back before the purge (when joah left) and i remember alot of the events of the purge, and if i have to be honest i do remember alot of things many staff did on icefuse (not the ones who left to synergy) that did worst, so with that in mind. Don't do it again man, take this second chance to heart and try to rebuild a good and healty reputation back into this server. +1

+1 atleast you didnt start mega drama when you were banned. Like I didnt even know lowkey. So looks like it's your 18th birthday boom childish mistakes forgiven, (from me atleast). Edit: some advice I'd give is to not ridicule others for not being able to fix something you couldn't/didn't do when you had the chance. From what I remember 41st wasn't too hot before you left. (My perspective atleast.)

First off I genuinely hate perma bans (unless hacking/chargeback/threatening members of the community) But from the time I joined the community to when you were banned I had a whopping total of 0 remotely good experiences with you, time and time again you led attacks against me, and I had considered leaving the community from it at the time, not epic. -1

+1 - Yes hes been making mistakes, but the fact is he also did a lot of good for the server, reaching Overseer (Old High staff rank). Also, many others have been given second chances in the past month or so, and Jefferson deserves it.

I even worked on it in one of the 104th sub channels in synergy’s own teamspeak. It was massively disrespectful and had no second thought on my end. Eventually the server was found out by some 41st joining off one of my 104th friends, and it got reported. That was when Joah confronted me about it and I was banned. What matters the most is that I fucked up, and I know I fucked up badly. I realize that now, and I can’t express how sorry I am about it. I betrayed the trust of many people, and put no thought into the matter at all. Some may not understand me, some may not agree, but I am truly sorry for my actions against this community. There’s nothing I can really say to justify my actions, nor should I be justifying myself to this community because what I did was wrong.
