+1 Guys dargon may have said some hurtful things about the community and tried to do malicious things but we should look past it. You may look at Dargon as an evil villain but the truth is Dargon didn't like something and he wanted to state his opinions and that spiraled down to the banning of the odinsons. I don't think all of that drama was needed but it happened. I think if he wants a simple ts unban to talk to old friends and just chill I think we should let him [plus cwrp but I doubt he will get on]. Plus if he causes any trouble like people said about me and mike "A simple click of a button" and he's gone.

You were pretty adamant about not wanting to come back and shitting on the community when things didn't go your way and you could never commit to anything. You consistently said you would change and yet you never did and I don't see it happening now. You wanted to leave the community and you got your wish. Synergy is home to a lot of people. At some points I can understand not being in the right state of mind and making bad decision, but a lot of other people have done the same because they weren't in the right state of mind and had to tough out their bans. For me, the ERP wasn't the worst part of it, it was simply responding to someone like that when you know they are going to be banned anyway. Why even try to meme with them and why threaten them back as well? Even as a joke it just kinda seems unneeded and immature. If you wanna respond to this and maybe like point out somethings to help your case that would get you some favor, go ahead. I am just curious as to why you thought this was something okay minus the fact that you have been told ERP was okay in OOC.

+1 ive worked with Clegene for awhile sure he is a meme but he works hard to help improve the server ive also seen a lot and I mean a lot worse in OOC and no one does nothing about it Unban this man like seriously

I never really know what wrong you did. Never really cared either, you are the person that I know since my first days on icefuse, literally my oldest friend in star wars RP. You might have became toxic to some point, but I know that you worked really hard on the server, even tho you hoped a lot of battalion or even BCMD positions, you always worked hard to get it in the best state you could, like Doom, you were the first Doom of the server and put it in a good way. You took CG after I was fox and tbh I left it in a shit state dude to me being burned out but even then you put it back at the right place, You are a hard worker in this community and I totally think you deserve another chance. I have known dargon for a very long time way back ay icefuse when he was my commander fox, and dargon is a chill dude and a saucy one too. I do think he may need a second chance but to also prove himself once he is unbanned. I believe in you dargon and i hope to see you again! +1

+1 Clegane goes too far sometimes with his jokes, but really it should have been left at a warning. I don't think Dragon was in the fault here, but he's a long-standing and dedicated member of the community and probably wouldn't have done it if he realized that it would be taken to this degree.

The AT-TE was removed due to heavy lag and performance reasons in the past. However i think we got a somewhat better box, so im unsure if it can handle it. Im neutral until input from @Zim or @Joah Since i believe they removed it. I'd love to see it in the server, but only on the event server.

1. Foxtrot is attached to 212th in lore, they are a subgroup underneath them. 2. How is outreach relevant to this? 3. They are an outreach of all ATK battalions, which of course includes 212th. +1, the speed buff is useless IMO and having the health boost makes more sense.

This pretty much exactly spells out how I feel on a perspective of someone who is banned who took the correct path. Thank you Thexan for shedding light on the situation. After careful review of this ban-appeal and taking into consideration all the -1's and +1's and actual information that showed that you were claiming to be "genuinely sorry" does not equate to any truth whatsoever. Maymays you are the type of toxic individual that will never be allowed on SynergyRoleplay ever again, it's time for you to move on to other things in life rather than wanting to come back to SWRP Garry's Mod Server. I personally feel your level of disrespect heavily outweighs how sorry you say you are. I'd hate to see another server have to deal with your attitude as you have been nothing but grief on this server and have caused numerous issues time and time again. At one point you were considered a respected community member now your name will fade into none existence through the generations. You're not sorry, you just want to play with friends. Given the opportunity, you'd become more toxic and create more issues for the server. Synergy is headed in a bright direction and continues to improve each day, with that being said, I'd like to continue improving synergy, So for that reason. Your ban appeal is denied. Not to everyone. For some it's a business, for some it's a hangout, and for some it's an internship. But the big picture is that it's all three. If someone comes into a business where people go to hang out, and causes legal trouble, they don't have to be let back in. Hell, businesses can ban anybody. Sure it's a game on the surface, but if you're looking at the core aspects of how it's run, this is basically a business.

Weevil you probably would have had a successful appeal if you hadn't minged and broke rules the minute you were able to interact with the community again..... This appeal has been DENIED due to the poor community feedback.

I think SOBDE as a whole is underpowered considering how tough they were in lore (tv show/games)
