For context, my family owns restaurants and ever since around 4 years ago I've been in charge of making sure things run smoothly at 3 of their establishments. To be a little more specific: I get customer feedback on our current menu items and make changes as needed, come up with new seasonal items/deals, ensure that all products go out the exact same, and pretty much just make sure that diners have the best experience possible. Yapping a bit here but I believe all the things that I've learned here (with some guidance of course) are skills that can be transferred over to help the dev team.
