Experience:

I’ve been in a Battalion Commander Several times on other servers. On this server I’ve been LTC, and Commander on Synergy Roleplay. I’ve been to several trainings on the server, and have encouraged my troops to attend any and all trainings that happen. For example, yesterday I had ST join B-EOD Training. This allows them to have experience in defusing bombs. This could save several lives. Such is why I had them attend.

I’ve been in several Commanding positions, and I know how to identify when a person needs to be promoted/put into a position where they’re most effective. An example of this would be my two most recent officer promotions. 2LT Crimson knows how to connect with the troops and guide them efficiently, and 2LT Andrews knows how to organize and lead our IT team.

I’ve been playing Starwars RP for 3 plus years, and have gathered several tactics that could help the ST in every way possible. Such as our guarding formation. Instead of how our former commanders had it, we now have a set formation for VIPs. This allows us to more efficiently guard our senators, and any other personnel were presented with. The bases of the formation is a VIP Diamond with no VIP in the middle, instead he would be leading the formation in front. This allows our guards protect him from every side. With our increased run speed we can intercept any oncoming enemies, or block from the left/right.

Furthermore, I can not only bring new formations and tactics to the squad, but teamwork. In the last month you may have seen our ST getting closer to each other, since I’ve been here. I try to do teamwork training as often as possible. Now with that being said the goal of the shock is to protect the ship from anything that may put clones, naval, or the chancellor in danger. Therefor communication is key. This team building training has allowed us to get more recognized for us being able to move around more efficiently now that everyone knows how to talk to each other.

 

Why should you become Battalion Commander:

I should become Battalion Commander Fox for a variety of reasons. The first reason is because I’m experienced with how a battalion should run, and can provide that outlook of hope for the ST that we so desperately need. Our last two Battalion Commanders have had activity issues. This hurt our Regiment extremely, we didn’t have a central figure we could look to that was active enough to know what was going on with our internal affairs.  I personally vowel If I’m selected for this position I will not let the ST die.

The second reason I should become Fox is how I’ve already effectively improved the ST since I’ve joined the battalion. If I’m Fox I can do even more. I will be allowed to change our transfer rules, fix our broken documents and release them without getting a higher ups approval. If know they’ll help the battalion I will no longer be placed on a ten year waiting period to get a response of, “denied”

The third reason I feel I should be Fox is how I unlike many have so experience beyond this server. I can take formations out of our regiment, and provide better examples of how we can efficiently extract, or defend VIPs. This will allow us to gain more variety and attractions to our battalion.

The final reason is how I lead. I get everyones opinion. I know how to tell a bad implementation to something that will actually allow us to improve. Unlike our former commander, I attempt to find how this will benefit our battalion if something is proposed instead of just denying the suggestion. I like communication with our higher officers, as long as we can keep talking within the higher ranks, the enlisted will feel more confident about our hierarchy.

Do you understand the Lore of your battalion:

Yes, I feel I know most of our Lore characters and what we did in the clone wars. We as the ST have already made changes that will go into effect as soon as we have Fox. This should allow us to become more lore friendly.

Examples of ST Lore:

ST were Cloned on Coruscant.

The Chancellor prefers the CG to guard him over the senate guards.

Availability:

I also run a hosting company, so I will have to go into meetings and afk for a few minutes at a time to answer tickets, but overall I should be available 7 days a week from 6am EST to 12am EST.

I would love my battalion to be excelling at protecting the ship, and even more organized than we now.

ST Reports:

CPT Ragen:

I would recommend xaze because is is a long time member of the shock troopers and is a very active commander and is one of the most helpful guys on the server and as far as I can tell xaze is a well respected commander and he also shows good leadership in the heat of combat and is one of the reasons that the shock troopers is as organized that we are.

2LT Crimson:
My report on Head Commander Stone/Xaze is basically he is the most qualified to be the BCMD of Shock due to the fact in the short time I was in ST he was the most active and effective Commander. Commander Stone is strict and he made ST an effective unit and organized more effectively compared to the other commanders. He also allows other NCOs to shine and lead when the time comes they are effective due to our skills we have acquired from the glorious commander. The only other officers in the STs that qualify are our COLs, but we have come to group effort that he is the best choice. He has a better understanding inside the unit due to his position and I feel like if another officer receive the position of BCMD of ST, they would not understand what makes our unit effective and deadly. These are the reasons that I feel that Stone is the best and effective commander that we have and the best clone for the position.


2LT Foxy:

The reasons I think Stone/Xaze should get the position of Fox are these: Xaze is one of the if not the most active troopers in CG, he is a great listener and pushes each one of his troopers to do their best. He does what most does not. He pushes PVT’s, PFC’s to lead events so they can show what they can do that is a fantastic leader to put so much trust in such a low ranking trooper. He puts so much time into the battalion and it shows. He runs trainings daily, PT ext. He keeps it nice and organized and i fucking love it~Foxy


1SG Asando:

I believe Commander Stone aka Xaze should be made battalion commander fox for his constant and many contributions to ST. I've watched him climb the ladder all the way from 1SG to Commander Stone. He's kind and willing to do put himself out there for his brothers. Whenever the battalion falls short Xaze will be there to pick them up dust them off and send them back to their duties. He is great with seeing who is capable of performing what roles and promoting accordingly, and his leadership skills are outstanding. During events he knows the layout of the ship and where to position his men. Xaze is super active on the server and is on whenever he can be and most definitely Deserves the position as Commander Fox.

+1 One of the better commanders in st currently and one of the most active. would enjoy him as the BCMD of st. I believe he would send our unit above and beyond.

+1  Well why do I want Xaze to be Battalion Commander? Xaze has done A lot of things (if not almost all the things) While Puck was inactive. The things he has done has made Regiment better in almost everyday, and is still trying to improve things. From day one I got into Shock Trooper. Things were falling apart. The commander was never on. It was mostly just some NCO’s and I on. Then Stone came in. He made me feel like Shock Troopers was the battalion I was meant to be in, and the one person that I saw fixing everything was Xase. After a while of me being in Shock troopers I had come to a very good friendship with everyone in the Battalion, and whenever Xase needed help with making ST to where it is now. I did. Xase is a very good person, and should be given this position. +1

So, this is a unique case for me to present to this application.

 

I would first off like to say a few things about this man Xaze.

 

When I was Commander Thire way back when, Xaze always stuck out as a unique character.

 

He had a way with words that made you feel not like some number, but an actual cog in the big machine, he remembered your name from day one, and even in a private message, good or bad, he always kept it professional and would even help to fix your mistakes.

 

He always address’s people as Mr or Sir and he always makes you fee welcome.

 

Xaze does not just think about fixing things or changing things, he does them. He want’s the battlion to adapt to the ever changing situations in the ST, and to take a serious approach to who is placed in as an officer role, he does not want people who get a position and do nothing with it, whether it be friends or new people.

 

I think our previous Commander Fox did an excellent job for what the Battalion required for that time, after all, Puck is a personal friend of mine, one that I shan’t soon forget, but, I think, the one who has the best chance, the best outlook and the best ideas for how to adapt and change to the ever increasing demand that is ST I think Xaze is the best hope we have, pure and simple.

 

When I came back to Synergy Rolplay after being off for both Medical and Family related issuse, I saw the worst the battion had ever been in terms of minginess and disresect, and I know our former BCMD would even say the same.

 

But, after putting our foot down things have really started to change for the better, and, I know, that things can only get better from here with the appropriate leadership and guidance.

 

I wish Xaze all the best from a professional standpoint, and from a personal standpoint, I think you are a great lad, and somone who would be a great friend to know and have.

 

I look forward to serving with you as my possible future Commander Fox.

I have know Xaze for years and seen many ups and downs with him and through out it all he has been a well mannered, well spoken, and focused leader. Xaze is the most qualified person that I know on this server to be Fox along with being an amazing commander at this moment in time he is extremely active and always looking to improve himself and the unit. Xaze is the commander the ST want and the one we need I feel that he will only help to improve the the battalion and the server in a hole.

In my experience of any kind of Security force whether the times of being ST and 5th Fleet on IceFuse and the short amount of time of being ST on here gives me an advantage of who may or may not be a BCMD. So, Xaze, you have my support, so here is a big ole' +1.

Oh boi where do I start Xaze is a excellent command who know the proper ways how to effectively lead a battalion with friendly and  mature  ways but when he needs to lay the foot he will nobody deserves Fox more than Xaze

Xaze, has to be one of the most sounded minded people on this game. He doesn't get pulled in drama (if he can help it), he is a level headed guy when making descions, he makes a confirmed and thoughout descion. The battalion he runs respects him and for the reasons of he puts 100% in everything he does to make it a better place to play Gmod. A massive +1 from me.

Reasons are as follows.

1. Seems to think he is beyond everyone else. (Thinking they are better then everyone else)

2. Had a bad time with him already.

3. Seems to be very sneaky and snidey in situations your would rarely see.

 

I don't want any hate or any bad comments towards my post, but I say it how it is. I don't dislike him, I just don' see him being a good commander, but that' my opinion.

Good guy, would be great for CG(I believe he won't go mad with power like those before him) . He has attempted to branch out with multiple battalions, and us very  charasmatic. Good fit for the job.

And crushed his running opponents by getting them voted out before they even put in a application, almost ensuring his victory. Clever. Very clever. He knows how to play this game. I like that.
