Why did you leave the staff team - Resignation from the community due to commitments elsewhere at the time, I attempted to return earlier in the year however a string of exams decided to pre-occupy me for a month straight. 

Why do you want to re-join the staff team - I've roughly been back in the community for a month and I have an extensive amount of time free which I would like to fill and I believe that becoming a staff member again will allow me to fill this void. Furthermore, I enjoyed benefiting the community previously primarily as a member of the Gamemaster Team and I plan on doing so again. I seek to create engaging and positive interactions with the community to motivate them to come on by creating various and diverse entertainments which are unique for the community member at hand. Finally I enjoy the tedious tasks as it gives me a further excuse to branch out and socialise with the variety of people the community has took in and furthermore establish those connections and connect various members of the community together with others.

How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went - I believe my time in the staff team went really well. I was heavily established into the Gamemaster team and believe that I made an impactful and enjoyable experience for the community when they partook in said events. Furthermore, I maintained a high standard of work while pumping out an intense amount of work in the process as well, especially for the EU side of the community which lead to my promotion to Head Administrator, before the changes. I was engaging with the staff team and promoted a professional standard at the time while maintaining an approachable, fun and friendly presence which helped me enjoy the community even more.
