I will try to simplify this as much as possible because it can get confusing..... 1.) In order to !setmodel, you need to be in admin mode 2.) Once you finish using the command, most do not want to stay in staff mode considering it doesn't allow for damage to be taken alongside a multitude of other reason 3,) If you leave staff mode, the model you set for yourself will disappear, leaving you back on your jobs original model.
