Experience: 

Shadow Company:

First joined Shadow Company back on IFN under the command of Zomb. Slowly I went up the ranks until Six Seven became BCMD, Got to an officer rank then went to commander under the power of Aust, the long periods of absence from Aust meant that Shadow Company was dying, I got BCMD and now Shadow Company has possibly the best numbers I have ever seen from them! Let alone just the numbers but the community within that battalion is very welcoming. Changes have been made is Shadow Company, Discipline is slowly Improving, Activity is very good, I am proud to say that I have sucessfully built Shadow Company into "Greatness". This was due to the hard work and commitment from myself and others!

 Since becoming the Battalion Commander of Shadow Company I have enhanced the roleplay for the players in the battalion and have allowed the players to feel welcomed within the battalion, forming a trust with the troops. Shadow Company has been molded into a firm Structure with Ideas being acknowledged by every individual. Shadow Company has come a long way, which I can be proud to say I was a key part off!

 

Republic Fleet

Under the command of Admiral Baller, I have slowly proven myself of the Rank of COTL in the Republic Fleet, dedication to the Fleet was tough, alot of work but also alot of fun, I feel I have enhanced the Community with my Stern side being portrayed as my Naval.

Being a member of the Republic Fleet has taught me about alot of Key Aspects: 

  • Patience. - Without this, I wouldn't have gotten anywhere to be completely honest!
  • Confidence. - Being proud of what you think, this is required alot in the Fleet, with new Ideas/People joining from time to time.
  • Friendship. - Some of the most people who I trust the most on the server are in the Fleet, I have been able to engage and socialise with many amazing individuals.

The Fleet has definitely proven alot to me, and has built me into who I am today!

Why should you become a Regimental Commander?:

Activity I am a very active individual for an eastern player, I can range from 6 - 10 hours a day on the server regular basis, allowing me to engage with those who are in my regiment. I have ALOT of free time, I can put this into different training / notes on each battalion within my regiment.With my British time zone, I feel I can help the battalions in my regiment within the less populated times on the server, but also during the more populated times off the server!

Patience - I am very patient when it comes to situations that take time, I know what it feels like to have everything depending on you, and the feeling is suspense! I understand how to overcome stressful times and I am always a good listener, I am happy to listen to any body's problems or worries- Real Life or Battalion Wise - My calm tone is a good example of a Regimental Commander and can impact the time on the server for others, for the better!

Personality - Correct me If I am wrong but I feel I am a very accepting individual, I'm open to all individuals no matter where they come from, their age, gender or sexuality. I am open to everyone. For the age of 14 my maturity in my opinion is very good compared to those who are older than me, I can handle responsibility, despite my age, I know what is right from wrong! My Confidence allows me to not be worried when telling battalions how I feel they need to improve. I'm honest and firm to my word.

I want the battalions within my regiment to feel a bond off friendship between one another, a true show of positivity.

Yes, Shall give a brief Summary of each battalion in the regiment.

104th Mechanized Assault Battalion - Along with Wolfpack

The 104th battalion was lead by Jedi General Plo Koon and Clone Commander Wolffe specialized in negotiations. This battalion was most remembered for the amount of rescue missions it did. The 104th battalion is a key aspect to the republic, and Is always willing to put up a fight!

91st Recon Corps

The 91st Recon Corps was a battalion lead by Commander Neyo, and Jedi General Adi Gallia, specialized in Recon Mission The 91st along with the 501st Legion and 212th Attack Battalion were sent to retake the Separatist assembly complex lead by Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi, In which we won.

(Also they use speeders)

Lightning Squad

The lightning squad was a branch of the 91st Recon Corps consisting of a small amount of clone ARF Troopers, lead by Razor and Stak. 

RANCOR

Rancor Battalion was a clone trooper military unit of the Grand Army of the Republic. Among its ranks were elite Advanced Recon Commandos, including Clone Commander Colt and Havoc.

Monday - Friday - 4pm GMT - 10:30pm GMT

Saturday - Sunday - Unless something comes up, I am on all day

Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?:

Firstly I want there to be a clear communications between myself and my regiment, I want to hear what They think, What they want to see improved.

Secondly, I want a bond between each battalion, I can hold simulations where battalions in my regiment, can team with one another to see their strong points / weaker points.

Finally, I want structure, I want the best people in the best positions, I can advise people on decision making.

How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?:

Weekly / Bi-Weekly Meetings with aleast 2 high ranking officers of each battalion.

I feel that when running / overseeing a regiment, Communication is key. I will note down any good / bad points that are mentioned at the meetings and attempt to fix them / suggest how to fix them. I feel that by doing these meetings I can engage with those in my regiment more.

Training

Weekly Recorded training data is very useful, It A. Shows how many people of the battalion firstly attend, and secondly how they do, I can help them enhance their skills and tactics when going into combat. 

Structure

My main goal is to keep a firm structure within the regiment, making sure that their is nothing rash going on in each battalion. Keeping a firm hand on anything if it gets out of hand. 

Overall my main goal is to help this regiment be seen as THE BEST regiment.

@Freck I don't want this to appear as a powerplay or unprofessional due to my app being up for the same position,but i'm pretty sure you may only run for the regimental commander role of the regiment you are apart of, and shadow company is apart of SOBDE.

Heres from the Commander Rules and Regulations:

  • Open to all Battalion Commanders and Commanders in the regiment (Fox may apply for any regimental, and previous Synergy High Command may apply after only holding a Commander(+) position for a month) that have been in the position for at least two months.

Rules are rules, you aren't in the regiment and therefore are not able to apply.

@Apache4k - This is what they meant. Not that he's not Shadow Company Battalion Commander. 

SOBDE would be the Regimental Commander Freck would be allowed to go for, not Specialized. (Just informing btw.)

As much as I like Freck, and he could be good at the role. He isn't part of the Regiment, and it seems kinda favortism-ish to waive it just for him, might as well just change the rule, why would he be the exception

I agree. If we waived it for him we would change the rule as well. Like I said, I'll talk to Zander about it and see what we decide.

If this is true, that these docs got wiped in spite, that's a bannable offence right?
