Stop, you heathen. It would appear this report was made through miscommunication and with a lack of knowledge surrounding the context of the situation. While I did clearly state previously noclipping to reach a destination for the express purpose of saving time is not acceptable nor is no-clipping without being cloaked, I believe this situation did not infringe on either of those rules. Unfortunately, there does need to be some form of evidence to prove these claims. Or at least a few more witnesses to corroborate them. Ultimately, staff should not be no-clipping to get places faster. That was a rule on Icefuse, and remains a rule here. Also, if they're no-clipping, they absolutely should be cloaked. Also, picking people up and pushing them away from you with the physgun for no good reason is also not something staff should be doing.

Unfortunately, we don't really care about your reasoning behind the use of the word. We enforce a zero tolerance policy on our server regarding any forms of racism especially including your word choice.

So it sounds like this was a misunderstanding. For the most part staff members involved in a simulation can spawn whatever they need to contribute to the sim with permission from the Sim Master/claim owner. Are you, @TTRaven satisfied with the responses here? If so, I am going to close this.

I see.. well then perhaps the ban can be lifted but I would recommend the bind be removed.

From the word "again" I'm assuming this is not the first time. The expletives you have in the bind are zero tolerance, and usually warrant a full week ban. You should not have anything bound, especially near your chat keys, that could risk you getting banned. Considering this has already happened once, and you should have learned from your mistakes, I believe this ban should remain as it is. I'll wait to see some feedback before deciding on this.

Well, you shouldn't assume a simulation is active in Citadel and begin shooting people. We can talk to the staff member in question regarding the use of their staff powers, but at the very least the intent was not malicious.

I apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances surrounding your ban and the methods you choose to employ when confronted with a problem this ban will neither be lifted nor reduced. Using physical and mental harm as leverage in any situation is not acceptable nor should my staff members need to feel concerned over your personal welfare simply because you do not want to face consequences. I have personally had issues with you as recently as last night and left it to one of my higher staff to handle. Clearly how that staff member chose to handle the situation was not severe enough to impart upon you the seriousness of the threats you're making and charades you're playing. Take this week to relax and reevaluate your choices not only on the server, but also in approaching confrontation. If you return and this behavior continues you will be permanently banned from this server. You came into my channel as well and played the clip when we asked who you were. It was funny. I wouldn't constitute it as mic spam since it's a very short sound clip and you only played it once. A week seems excessive, and if the channels you joined were open and you were not asked to leave, I do not see much of a problem with this.

While it is common knowledge that being on top of the Venator ATC is not fail roleplay, the situation was poorly handled on both sides here. Zyner should have brought you into a sit rather than spawning himself a baton or physgunning you 5 times. However, after being taken off the ATC you should have spoken to Zyner about it rather than ignoring him and going back on top 4 more times. The rule needs to be updated in the document, yes. However, most people are aware you are allowed on top of the ATC. Furthermore, this entire thread is being handled in a very unprofessional manner. Everyone here is flaming out at each other, and its not tolerated, nor is it going to get anyone anywhere. I cannot close a staff report myself, however, I recommend this be closed with the simple statement that being on ATC is not failRP.

@Forseen Yularen is Forseen. I was there when he left to handle this situation. I'll notify him so he can respond to this. However, I will state that regardless your loss of access to any 212th whitelist, you will always retain your 101st Trooper whitelist and Clone Cadet whitelist as default jobs. These are always available to switch to with /cc or through the F4 menu.

Listen, I'm cool with having forum rules, but I swear to God if we have a Nazi regime running the forums again that will ban me for saying "queer" I might as well deactivate this account now lmao. Server rules is a given, though. Definitely put that somewhere. I would recommend giving that it's own header at the top, as well as the Store page for whenever that is added.
