-1 Reason is quite simple as you have no naval and/or no marshal commander or reg lead experience to become palp. As when I tried back in the day (I was against Max) and was told that I needed to have run naval and/or had been a reg lead or marshal commander to be a applicant and since reading your experience (while vast) you do not have those requirements and therefore it a -1. After reviewing your app, talking to a few people, re-reviewing and thinking/talking to myself for the better part of a day (yes I do this and it worked as my time as Bly when I revived the battalion) I have come to the conclusion that as long as you have an equally strong second who is ready to take over for you, then you get my +1. I have known your work from the past and it was always a positive one and one that I know (with time) could benefit the server in the long run. I again state that so long as you have a candidate for replacement that's just as strong though and if you do lack that replacement, then I can not give you this +1 as the battalion will suffer from it. +1 As a past Bly i have heard nothing but positives about you and i also have heard many supporting you. there are things i would suggest or advise on implementing but if/when you get it, it's your battalion and therefore you need to shape it the way you want. +1 from me on this Chief, the server was fun back in the days of old and from what I've seen the past few times I've been on...we just need to bring the good times back. Also this may bring older players who moved to other servers back to enjoy some fond memories, like medical RP involving ripping your karma and stuffing it into a leg to stop the Marshal Commander from bleeding and rolling a 💯

Thank you all for the kind support in helping me unban my account. I will like to just inform you I have no means of doing anything bad that would be worthy of any admin related problems and will server RP related instances as that is what I am slightly returning for, RP with old friends and also just relaxation. @Joah I hear by promise I will not start drama, break any major server related rules that will need an admin (I will take the time to learn and relearn the rules in my absence) and I will server any RP related incidents (accidental issues that require arrest's by shock) as according to the rules and punishment. I will also not bring up past issues as now that I have this back I am dropping it all in the past an am moving forward and help the server as a player and a RPer. I will give this a +1 for the simple reason that I've seen your work on icefuse and synergy and you have done well to manage and micromanaging your battalions. Plus you are a person who will get back to people even on their off hours. @Joah You never gave nor informed any of those of their ban and unfortunately you point out a single battalion instead of calling out all the battalions and people. Just stop reopening old wounds and move on, this is a bloody children's game that adults play for fun you pillock. Message me your reply on the banning but either way, oxen gets a professional +1 no matter the views because he has earned it.

This is not favoritism when I say that nor when I have read others but I had the privilege of being there when you first became a little PVT and am honoured to see you applying for a role that takes a lot of guys, patience, willpower, fortitude and many more important mental and physical struggles but in the end are worth it all. It does me proud to see that someone I know and can trust will make something shine again after I left and had thought of returning.
