How do you feel your previous term went?: I think it went well. During my term HC was finally filled up with all REGs in position. With that done I've had a good working relationship with my REGs with regular check ups and talks about them and their regiments. On top of that there's been some good RP from HC in game whether it's us dealing with some random admiral on the holocom or with me having to deal with some sketchy behaviour from my REGs I've had a blast doing it all and I believe that it has brought us in HC closer together. Why do you wish to remain a Marshal Commander?: I've had such a blast during my first term, and on top of that I think that I've done a good job. Therefor I see no reason why I shouldn't continue, granted I've had ups and downs but in the end in I really feel like I fit in this position and enjoy it. On top of that I feel that HC is in a good place right now, we have all the REGs, we have a Palpatine, we have 2 active Directors and then we have me as Marshal, It's worked great thus far so I don't see a reason to change that. I also feel there are things I've failed to do during my term for example balancing time between regiments with me spending little time with SO BDE for example. Another thing I wanted to do during my first term but never got around to doing was special mission, I remember back when I was in 501st where the Marshal/Palpatine would send battalions on special missions outside base to example a built facility. It was so fun to take part of that so I'd like to do so myself, and perhaps on a regimental level instead. So I feel I got stuff left to do and more to offer and therefor I'd like to remain as Marshal. Current availability: All weekdays from around 11 AM EST to around 5 PM EST. (Bit busy on Thursdays evenings however) All weekends from around 7 AM EST to around 5 - 8 PM EST. I live in Sweden which is in Europe so my times are a bit different from others. If I'm not online then I can always be reached on discord. Just send a PM and I'll get back to you. What are some of your achievements during your past term?: A full HC Active working HC. I consider it an achievement with HC being so empty when I began and with the impact that HC have on the server today compared to then and that's something I'm proud of atleast. (It's not only my work that made this happen). Making the Marshal commander into someone approchable with me working hard to balance hard RP with having fun and with that in turn making me a serious yet fun Marshal. What improvements or changes do you plan on making within the clone army?: I think that the GAR is in a pretty good place now however there are some things that I would like to work on. I'm noticing already the impact BH are having on the server and I aim to aid the new addition so that it works nicely alongside the already existing GAR and to keep the RP going in a good tone. To work on having a good working realtion between the BHs leaders and us in HC so that complications and problems can be resolved without a hastle. One more thing that still remains a problem to this day is battalions and regiments not being allowed to work their speciallity, For example whenever something happens outside base and we're not quite sure I rarely see Recon being called/stepping up to go to reconisance Before we'd move with an attack or something else, and this is something I've tried to push by sending people depening on need instead of just numbers, and it's something I Think I still need to push to the rest of my REGs and the GAR as a whole. Actively participates with troops in the battlefield and actually socialises with people in their battalion teamspeak. I frequently see him hosting training's and is a positive part of the server. I have no idea what his work is in terms of managing the other regimental's but I imagine he does that very well. I've haven't seen as good a Marshall commander since Core. Link to comment
