Since we're technically apart of 212th I believe Foxtrot should get it as well. The health boost 212th gets in 100 health added onto their base health. They are an outreach of all ATK battalions, which of course includes 212th. +1, the speed buff is useless IMO and having the health boost makes more sense. 1

Whether or not Foxtrot has interacted with 327th is up to them.
