Battalion or Squad you are applying for: 212th Attack Battalion, Commander Cody

Experience:

NAVAL

Some time ago I used my in-game credits to trade for the Synergy VIP package. Once I had gotten it I was aspiring to become a Naval. After I trying out multiple times I had finally gotten the position. And so, my short journey in Naval had began. At first I was very active within Naval with me doing multiple branch trainings, hosting lots of debriefs, and attending events nonstop. This had in turn gotten me up to the rank of Chief Petty Officer within Naval within 2 weeks. After this however, issues within my battalion had forced me to take 2 long LOAs and I had chosen to resign to not take up an extra slot in Naval.

212th Attack Battalion

When I first joined the server I came optimistically. I wanted to try out Star Wars Roleplay for the first time. Once I had reached the small, cramped bunks area I was torn. I did not know what battalion to join. After sitting there for at least a good 30 seconds a 212th had begun to try and ask me if I was looking to join I battalion. I had answered "Yes, I don't know which one to go to". After that man had showed me what the 212th had to offer I was convinced. I wanted to join the 212th. And I have never regretted that decision. After joining the 212th I had quickly progressed through the ranks making it up to the rank of Sergeant in 3 days. After I had gotten the rank of Sergeant I had begun to climb my way up the NCO ranks. When I had reached the rank of SFC I had begun to go through and attempted to become an ARC trooper. I had succeeded alongside several other of my good friends that I had made during my time in the 212th so far. After 1 month of being within the battalion I had finally made it to the rank of CSM. However, that would prove to be short lived. The 212th was missing a warrant officer after the recent one had just completed his term. And it seemed like I was the man for the job. The day after I was promoted to Warrant Officer. A few days into my term I had made it into Ghost Company and taken the lore name Longshot. After a few weeks into me being in the WO position I was given ARCO within my battalion. I had then tried out for Waxer a few days later and gotten the position. During my time as ARCO I had helped out massively in keeping the 212th ARC program alive. I had administered multiple "Selections exams" (a thing that was implemented by my fellow ARCO Nade) and approved multiple people for selections. After showing my dedication to ARC and Ghost Company I was given the honor of becoming a GCS within Ghost Company. A week later I was promoted to 1stLT due to the hard work I was putting into the battalion during my time as 212th WO. A month later was promoted to Captain and then to Major after another month. After working my way up through the rank of Major I had soon found myself at the rank of LTC. During my time as a LTC I had proven myself to the 212th high command and in a few short weeks I had become the rank of Commander. The first few months had not been easy. We in the 212th have gone through some heavy ups and downs and I have had to work very closely with my current Commander Cody, current Obi-Wan, and many others in order to try and keep it afloat. During my time as Commander I have learned much within the 212th and outside. After some time I had also received the title of regimental leader within the 212th. In that time I have learned the ins and outs of all of the "regiments" within the 212th and I have also gotten to create a fully functioning overseer system where I have an overseer per branch that oversees each regiment and then reports any issues to me. During my BCMD’s application for his 2nd term I worked very hard to keep the 212th together despite the activity of my current XO and other commander not being the best. Because of this the XO was demoted and I took the position of XO. Being XO has been a very difficult position. I have had to run the battalion with my BCMD and Obi-Wan (Andrews at the time) in the absence of other commanders. I still hold this position now.

Summarized, here is all of my experience in major positions in the 212th

212th Warrant Officer - The position of Warrant Officer is a very important position within the 212th. It's job is to lead all of the NCOs within the battalion and gain their trust. I had carried out this job well and as a result I had been given a 2 rank promotion once my 1 month term was over.

212th ARCL - The position of ARCL has always been very important to me. ARC has shown me how to lead, how to be a better officer, and a better person in general. Since I have gotten the honor of being able to lead the ARC troopers in the 212th and also regulate it to keep it as professional as possible and make it so that we are the best of the best in the 212th.

212th GCO - Ghost Company are widely known to be the best in the 212th. I had worked my way up through the GC ranks all the way up to GCO. Once I had reached that GC rank I had begun to help out a lot with tryouts and provide a lot of help with improving the regiment by giving many suggestions and tips.

212th Regimental Leader - The position of Regimental Leader within the 212th gives me overall control over all of the regiments in the 212th attack battalion. My job is to keep all of them stable and running well. I have also created overseer positions that help me to oversee all of the regiments much easier.I feel as if I did well in this task.

212th Executive Officer - As 212th Executive Officer I have had a huge amount of responsibility. I have had to make sure that everything in the battalion is running perfectly and smoothly. Especially since we have not had any commanders in a while. As the XO I feel as if I already know most if not all of my boundaries and I know how to run the battalion.

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:  I feel as if I should be BCMD because I have put in much time and effort into this battalion as possible. I have been through restless nights not knowing what the next day might bring for the battalion I have worked so hard to try and keep alive. I want to make it better. The 212th has always been my home since day 1 of me being in the server. I love all of the people here and I consider them all my family. The battalion has always had room for improvement and I feel as if I can make that better for my battalion, and in turn affect the server as a whole in a positive manner.

Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: (as relevant to Clone Wars)?: Yes, 100%. The 212th attack battalion is a battalion in the 3rd Systems Army, 7th Sky Corps, that is lead by Marshal Commander Cody and Obi-Wan Kenobi. The 212th is comprised of 3 known Company+ sized elements with them being Foxtrot Group, Ghost Company, and 2nd Airborne Company. The 212th fought in many of the largest battles in the galaxy and were widely known to be very disciplined and by the book, due to the nature of their Commander. (I can give much more info in person)

Availability:

Every week at least after 4:00 PM EST but before 9:00 PM. Weekends should not be a problem and I am always reachable through discord. However I do have some already scheduled vacations coming up in December and in January.

Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: About 11+ months

Do you have a microphone?: Yes

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: I want the 212th to be thriving. At least 4 to 5 people on at a time and many more during prime time, events, ETC. I also want the 212th to be much closer together as be more of a family instead of just a bunch of random people playing a game. Roleplay will also become much better and everyone be more professional when it comes to everything. I want everything to be much simpler. Keep it organised but simple and fun so it can be much more fun and less of a job for people. There are many things I plan on changing that will (hopefully) help me to achieve these goals.

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes

Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes

Striker Striker Striker, I remember when you were a young NCO and we went for ARC together along with folly and solar, running the entire 212th ARC system as ARCOs was a pleasure and I'm glad someone had the same motivation and passion for ARC within the 212th as much as me, When myself and a few others left 212th it was in a pretty bad spot but I was happy to see you and many others remained loyal to 212th and perceived throughout the hard days in order to keep the battalion strong and well, there is no man more worthy of the Commander Cody rank than you and I will look forward to seeing you within the role, remember keep your cool and carry on being that hardass mofo that you are because from what I know Commander Cody took no shit!

I would like to make it known that Striker is the most dedicated person I have ever met. He (somehow) manages to keep 212th in a state that isn't fucking ass and super cancer even though it is probably super hard. Go get it boy.

I would also like to make it known that I am retarded and I thought the person who recruited striker didn't log it but I just can't read.

Perri, being an older member than me when I was a PVT on IFN and he a much higher rank. sticking above me and below me in my term as Cody. and to you.  someone I knew would do great. I was happy to lead you and to see you get up to XO and now,  to the next step. becoming Cody. I have no doubt in my mind that you will do amazing.   go get that rank my dude. you deserve it!
