Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum):
I want to join staff again due to the fact I was unable to complete my initial probation period. I had things going on at the time and didn't have time for staff, however now I do have the time to be active again and have been doing so. My reasoning before when applying was because I wanted to help out, in any way, shape, or form that I can and while that's still true. I also want to eventually become a Gamemaster for the server and host cool events. I've got a lot of previous experience and I figured why not apply and help out especially during the AU times when staff/gamemasters are scarce.
Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum):
I'm Nescoh, 23, I'm a self-employed photographer, part-time twitch streamer and I'm a musician. Uh I do concert photography and have worked with some big names such as rappers like Logic, Powfu, J.I.D, NF, and others. I've worked with some big companies like GFuel, Adidas, PRIME, and a few more. I'm a really pog person, I've been streaming for like 7 years and been doing music stuffs for 9 years. uhh I'm a pretty big star wars fan, know specific lore that i want to remember like Senate Commandos, Null Squad Lore and some other RC lore.

Icefuse Networks CWRP:
Trial Moderator > Head Admin, I climbed the ranks pretty quickly and accomplished getting Trainer Lead, Gamemaster Lead, Recruitment Lead and at the rank of Elite Administrator (one below HA) I was accepted into the Human Resources Department. I had gotten into HR at the time that I was an Elite Admin, then not even a few days after that I was promoted to Head Admin. My job consisted basically on Document Work and making sure I was upholding the rules. For all of the extra work I had taken on as an Elite Admin, I was later told by my Director that I was promoted after my hard work in staff. The only thing that was blocking me from getting Head Admin was the current server leadership staff who had personal grudges against me, and when they were questioned on why I wasn't promoted that came to light. At this point i was already well on my way to management due to the position I was in and the amount of work I did as an HA. Conducting Staff Interviews, Interviews for Commanders/Regimental Positions, Keeping up with Staff Activity and making sure staff had the correct hour requirement, if not marking them down to be contacted, alongside my remaining teams which was Trainer and Gamemaster.
Icefuse Networks: Human Resources Overseer:
After only being a Head Admin for a month, I was promoted to management and chosen to be the new Human Resources Overseer and given a Supervisor Position. Here I reviewed and handled sensitive reports on staff, community members, Server Leadership, and Management +. I also would visit individual staff meetings along with their servers to help maintain a firm relationship between HR and that servers community as I felt it was important that the players knew they could approach me as a friend or someone they can trust. I was also in-charge of Community Relations, making sure that there was no conflict between staff throughout all servers, trust me there was a lot of beef between RUST staff and Garry's Mod, it was actually crazy. I made sure that this never got out of hand and stayed neutral without being bias to friends I had in the Garry's Mod Staff Team, same with the RUST staff. Another part of my job was to remove people in positions in which they were Abusive, Unfit for, or even that they weren't professional/poorly representing the community in. I won't go into detail publicly however if asked by a VA+ I'll explain this further. I stayed in that position for about 6-8 months before I resigned from Icefuse entirely and moved on to start my career as a twitch streamer.

Hypex Gaming - Manager [Police and Clone Wars RP]
Oversaw all the staff on the PoliceRP and CWRP servers, can't say a lot was accomplished since the server was only up for 4 months, however we did gain like a consistent 30 players everyday due to promotion I did so that's pretty cool.
Claymore Gaming - Trial Moderator [Skyrim RP]
Pog, I really enjoyed RP that was based around Skyrim. This was my first ever server, but getting staff alone on the server was hard so the fact I got staff was a good accomplishment at the time.
Reaper Gaming - Head Admin [Clone Wars RP] (2018) Accomplishments: Maintaining a Serious RP Server, Reaching 40-50 consistent players daily, all commander positions were filled, mostly were players and not staff.
