Goddamn all these people calling each other out on anything they can find. Why don’t you put up an app? It seems that everytime someone wants to go for Bacara that ISNT in the battalion/hasn’t been in it for over 2 months gets attacked by the members of the battalion. Oxen is more than capable to adapt to the problems in 21st and fix them accordingly. It’s real easy to say “He doesn’t know what’s wrong with us, he hasn’t been in for too long, he will ruin the battalion!” If he does not know then someone should right? Why aren't they fixed yet? If y’all know what’s best for the battalion then why aren’t your problems fixed. Why are they still persistent after weeks? If Jaydon’s original application went through and he became Bacara, he’d be almost 1/3 of the way finished with his term. How in the fuck are there still so many problems within 21st as well as secret ones the public doesn’t even know about? Jaydon is allowed to change and do a lot as XO, he’s got nobody above him other than shanty and a few other high high people. He could’ve been making these changes 3 weeks ago yet now you want him as BCMD to change these issues. There has to be a change because obviously something isn’t going right. Oxen is the only person right now for the position that can bring that. +1

10/10 GODDAMN THIS EVENT WAS AMAZING, from the beginning defending the ship in a huge dogfight, to leaving in drop pods and having me lift excess ships and place them into a wall, to the reinforcements coming in. 100% best event I've ever done.

Lemme just add this. I began outreaching 21st when Fenrir was BCMD. 21st was in a shitty state that 104th was in previously, a lot of Officers with no enlisted and NCO core to sustain the battalion. No diss to Fenrir, wasn't watching 21st at the end of his term, don't even know if it was him that caused this so ye. I began going hard into the whole idea of outreaching them to the fullest and in the time frame that Claw got BCMD, 21st has gathered many new recruits, had many of them stay active within the battalion, and some old members holding and shaping them into perfect new officers and SNCOs for the battalion. That was the beginning of his term. As of now, all of you don't want to be in drama so you are just dipping, what happened to trying to fix things nowadays? Him changing shit about legacy, mass promoting a few people (I was promoted to MAJ as a SFC in 104th, it is definitely not against the rules). If he sees that Darren was fit for the Senior Officer role, he can put him there as swiftly as he wants. As well as changing 21st to be semi serious rather than stuck up, that 100% does not call for a report OR removal. He is doing things for the battalion that he sees fit, you guys are speaking in hindsight, some things he has done have obviously had negative effects and it seems like you're shitting on him for it, how was he supposed to know? You can't say, "yeah this is a dogshit decision go fuck youself." In the future when the change had gone bad. That's petty. With the whole inactivity side, when I'm on I see him most of the time. [Maybe im inactive :3] Everytime I have messaged him, I have gotten a response within the same day it was sent. Your message possibly went down the rabbit hole and he never was able to see it. Unfortunate but tough luck. I personally only see his activity, alongside the shadow company job thingie to be the ONLY means of a report, which is a really shitty report if you ask me. Until I see some real evidence of him doing something purposely hurting the battalion, I stand with a -1. Also, who cares if you have a medal or not lmao, fuck those medals.

Alrighty I'm going to list a few of them off just from a player perspective. Obviously I am not a GM yet so I can't speak on the leadership portion and what not. "The quota events" are getting a biiiit out of hand. Yes every once in a while it's nice to have a cool shoot em up rather than invest in an hour for some cool plot/story. These events shouldn't come out one after another. You've got 6 hours and every 45min drop pods are dropped or commando droids walking around not doing anything. I think the only solution to this is within the GMs themselves to be dedicated and on time when it comes to their event quota. This is something I've noticed for weeks. I feel that at times, events are given too high of a rating than it deserves. I feel that people only rate them as such because it is publicly shown what they rate. I feel that coming out with an anonymous rating system will give GMs a true idea on if their event was good or not. Whether this be a google form that shows up on a new tab in the roster or what not. It will also give GMO's an easier time looking at the ratings considering the forums can be a maze sometimes. Deployment balance. This is something huge that I see, battalions getting a fuck ton of deployments whilst others sit there and do the drop pod courtyard meme. Yes, some battalions are hard to deploy considering their skill set/job, such as CG, Naval, etc. I've experienced this within SO BDE for a while now, ever since I joined. In reality, SO BDE is one of the easiest to deploy. I feel that the only solution to this one, is getting GMs to bite the bullet and go out on a limb, at the end of the day, a mid tier deployment is better than nothing.
