+1 Mexico's a great guy. Very charismatic, dedicated, and a strong leader overall. His ideas for 41st could definitely help the battalion overall, and hat he wants to accomplish sound like they could be accomplished well. He's already helped the 41st from what he's said and done, and I've seen him work so hard as 41st XO. Best of luck, Mexico!

I have a few questions for you before I +1 or -1, mainly about your deployment document. First: Who do you plan to deploy on this? Attack? Siege? Specific regiment(s)? Second: Are there any EJs that are necessary? What are their roles if so? Third: The story behind this is good, but I feel like it's a little straight in terms of where they need to go and do. This, in turn, makes the document just a little lackluster. Is there a briefing? Is there a twist? Are there extra areas to check out? The basic premise of this is good, but in order for me to +1 or -1 this, I'd like to see a bit more answered.
