Guac and Hanz prove a fair point, when it comes to wanting more activity there needs to be a plan of change and incentive; such which is not documented or listed anywhere. I hope you can illustrate your plan better in an interview rather than a forums post, because if I were to look at this app as someone who doesn't know you I'd have little faith. I'll push that aside, you've done well before and it can't hurt the spot rancor is currently in to have you. +1

I'm not voting currently, but I have something I'd like to bring up. Alpha ARC has been the most active aspect of Rancor for as long as I can remember, those members often come from outside of the battallion due to the application system. How do you plan on retaining those members within the battalion if they are to lose interest in Alpha, and encourage the basic ARC troopers in the battallion to stay when they can get the same ARC treatment in a different battalion? I am fairly active and have been taking the server slightly more seriously this last month. I wish to be more dependant upon myself and take stress off of the current staff team with smaller tasks, such as taking tickets for small items. A lot of server time is spent during unused times, running around or being afk in which I can use to take tickets or build dupes for my battalion. Also, being a player since 2017 I personally believe I can contribute some oldhead knowledge to those around me. I am very social and always willing to communicate with staff or the people of the community and have my own personal goals. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am an 18 year old D1 student athlete. I am a very communicative person and try to be a good listener, and live in the US eastern timezone so I am on during most normal hours of the server past 6 PM est. Most of my time in general is spent studying, training athletics or interacting with people so I consider myself a peoples person and look forward with talking to people. As someone who went from SGT-CMD in Rancor, it is simply one of those battalions that will always have high peaks and bad bad low points. HOWEVER. From an outside standpoint, there has been only a valley in the last two months I have been on the server. I love the battalion to death and have offered help previously. A steady decline of activity and refusal of help is in no way a good trait of leadership. The battalion seems to be currently unable to retain any leadership positions, which may be unrelated however seems too harsh to be coincidental. Malore was promoted to Commander a week after I was, given this was over four months ago- his main role was to host alpha designations and, manage the branch as a whole, done poorly. (seeing this report), no BCMD action has been taken, despite holding a commander position for more months than number of alpha designations being held. Unfortunately +1

9/10, cinematic ending, good RP throughout the event, as well as a shoot-em-up experience sprinkled in.
