3/4/2 The amount of effort put into this event was amazing. The event was just all over the place in general though. When I made events, I made a DOC Prior to the big events I hosted and followed it. (Even then some of them went to shit). But keep up with the events, all you can do to get better is to keep doing them. I appreciate the work you put in to do this.

-1 I am open to changing this but your app DEFINITELY needs more work put into it. This doesn't really show why you want to become Yoda, If you put more work into this app and explain some ways you want to CHANGE the Jedi Order as a whole and explain to us what you can do to help the jedi order other than just host more torunaments you have my +1 but it stays -1 until I see a change

Thats exactly what i mean a vote should be brought up to us not leadership the purpose for most of these ranks are for higher ups to watch how we perform, How we act at that rank. It helps higher ranking officers determine whose best for what position

PVT PFC dont have a difference SPC CPL AND SGT is where higher ranks start looking at people for NCO SNCO Officer ranks. LTCOL is actually not needed but Major and COL should stay its bascally a holding spot for commander. This also hurts certain peoples access to certain areas. This change shouldnt have happened my rank doesnt change cuz im a LT but for everyone else most likely alot of us are affected in so many ways. every battalion has to revamp their structures for a change that wasnt even brought to us again. this change shouldve been something all of us should vote on.

PFC should stay Staff Sergeant should stay 1st and 2nd Lieutenant should stay COL should stay LTCOL should stay this is insane honestly

This shouldnt have changed this is actually a pretty big deal cuz now everyone has to adjust there ranking structure if they have one and the ranks shouldve stayed no reason to get rid of them

5/4/4 Amazing Work wish we could have stayed more stealthy but was still pretty fun

I mean sure +1 it's not like we are adding another batt just a subunit. If anything, it will motivate new players and older players to join GM in general, so I don't see no harm in it also I would just add it into GM instead of replacing DD
