I was burnt out of Gmod in general and had personal problems in my life that had to be addressed and had to put my all into those situations that occurred. Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? I was always one for helping people and making their day. during my time being back here I feel like I want to step deeper into the community by taking the time to make sure this community is happy and thriving. Helping people is my thing it's what I want to do as a career any way possible. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): It was an amazing experience for me I believe it went pretty well I was active doing events/encounters and had a good ticket count from what I recall. I loved my time as staff like I said I love to help people and make their day. Always enjoyed making the events and helping out back then. 2/3/2 Gameplay at the start was fine didnt mind it but once we got to the caves it was pretty shit. Way too dark and what ever that smoke was near the caves was just not needed. Caves was pitch black in there noone knew what they were shooting at multiple people were Tked due to us not having any sense of direction of where the droids were shooting from just was not thought out at all for the caves. I can see some of the care and effort was fine but the Helpers to me was out of control a few times such as bombarding a spawn point for no fucking reason at all. To spawn in and die to a bombardment immediately is pretty fuckin annoying. just have better control over ur helpers. Also I get what ur trying to do with events but to me it was just another shootemup and capture event. Why not create a story or you have the ability to do so. Think it out more add more to the story. Performance was fine at first but once we got into that smoke near the caves it just shit itself and in the caves as well. Maybe spawn less droids idk. I understand that u cant control most of it due to the amount of players on and such but you should at least try to account for that. Anyways like I said I understand the concept but the execution of the event could have been better. I also want to say that im simply giving you input. I understand this may seem a bit harsh but I give my criticism straight to the point. What makes you think that since you left the server a month ago now returning that you wont get burnt out again? It has been only enough and as a person who experienced this and has done it before I personally don't think 1 month is enough time to say that you are ready to jump right back into things. Again multiple people on this server have left and came back multiple times due to them not giving themselves enough time and jumping into Leadership positions, Staff positions ETC... What makes you think you are ready to jump back into the staff team after only being gone for 1 month?

3/4/2 The amount of effort put into this event was amazing. The event was just all over the place in general though. When I made events, I made a DOC Prior to the big events I hosted and followed it. (Even then some of them went to shit). But keep up with the events, all you can do to get better is to keep doing them. I appreciate the work you put in to do this.
