"+1" According to my point of view, each of these items has the ability to supply the 212th with new ideas and advancements. Furthermore, when they are in need of support, they are equally dependent on one another so that they may help each other out.

+1 I think both can bring good ideas and reforms for the 212th. Plus both equally lean on one another for support when they need it.

+1 though your event idea needs some more structure I believe you can learn that. As I’ve seen you learn new things and adapted to situations I feel this is a good quality for a GM. Other GM’s may do events just to meet quota or entertain a few from the masses. I feel that because of your skill to connect with players can help you make good quality events for all to enjoy.

+1 for being active and dedicating his time to helping others and I've seen him become invested in growing.

+1 From what I've seen, he is a good fit for the role; he's active and likes engaging with several players, not just certain people. I believe that with his level head and willingness to work with others, he will help Spec regiments further themselves. Good luck.
