Thats been there for awhile and has a previous bug report. But if I recall they cant do anything about it because the owner of the mod has to make the changes.

Im just putting this here because some people reached out to soup for his side of the story so I posted his and Deadeyes sides of the story.

I did not recall Soup age as I work with plenty of people on the server of various ages and cant remember everyone. Soup did state his age after which; which is why I said "I retract that statement disregard that" immediately after being informed. As for the discord it was in Rancor general but only people with Rancor tags can join those channels which is why I said Semi Private because not everyone on the server can join but only those that have Rancor roles.

Hey there Reborn thanks for the informative response. My intent was never to stir the pot people would ask me as to what happened and I have been open about it. People have gone to bat for me asking around for any new information and has helped with correcting others that are claiming something more severe took place. I plan on waiting out the ban but my intent for this appeal is more to set the record straight and answer any and all question people have. If I able to get the ban changed reason wise than thats fine but Im here solely to inform as to what happened and provided further information once obtained. Canary has stated he is going to provide me with a screenshot of the conversation between him and soup because you cant judge a story from one side of things. As for Deadeye Im asking him for a complete recall of events. Thanks though Reborn for your insight.

There is no excuse for it and I take full responsibility. I'm writing to appeal the reason listed for my recent ban, specifically the label of “Illegal Activity.” I accept that I took responsibility for the poor statement I made in the channel. However, I firmly feel that the way it is being presented does not fairly depict what actually happened and has generated a lot of false presumptions and misunderstandings. What Happened: This all took place in a semi-private Discord call with Deadeye and Soup. Soup mentioned he was stuck on a mission in Battlefront 2, so I launched the game to help him and started streaming. While we were talking, there was some light joking including a comment from Deadeye about Soup’s mom something like “Are you a Latina?”. After Soup made a personal comment, I responded with something inappropriate (“She doesn’t know that you take it”) that I immediately caught myself after being told his age and backtracked after stating “I wasn't supposed to say that to you disregard that.” Soup then said he was going to quote what I said, and both Deadeye and I told him not to several times because we knew it would come off wrong and could get us all in trouble. He went ahead and quoted it anyway while stating to us “ It's only weird if you make it weird”. He even later after the ban was in place made a resignation in Rancor where he stated “I'm sorry PJ this is my fault” to which people won't find because someone deleted the resignation. Even Soup himself said the quote wasn’t meant that way, admitted he shouldn’t have quoted it, and acknowledged that we warned him not to. Here's a direct quote from him during a conversation with Canary: “Tbf it wasn’t meant in a manner like that… Doesn’t mean I should have quoted it tho.” And from Deadeye: “You and I repeatedly told him not to post it because both of you would most likely get in trouble.” From what I understand, the decision to ban me was made based entirely on that quote, without anyone reaching out to talk to either of the adults who were in the call, and not even speaking with Soup himself. That led to an assumption that something far worse had happened, when it hadn’t. A Few Important Clarifications: Both Deadeye and I were on the call the entire time and directly warned Soup not to post the quote. The quote was taken completely out of context and doesn’t reflect the full picture. As far as I know, no one asked any of us what actually happened before the decision was made. Since then, people have assumed something illegal took place, which is absolutely not the case. What I’m Asking: All I’m asking for is a fair shot to explain my side of the situation and to have Deadeye who was there for all of it confirm what really happened. I do want to see if I can remove it from my record. If the ban itself stays in place though, I’m okay with that. But I do ask that the reason be updated to something more accurate. Calling it “Illegal Activity” has already caused damage and led to a lot of speculation that doesn’t reflect what actually happened. “Inappropriate behavior/comments” would make more sense to the situation. Especially when staff have said they want to keep the situation discreet and haven't told anyone as to what happened. Yet everyone can view the ban list and reason’s on the dashboard on the forms. Evidence to support your claims: Deadeye’s Statement: He’s already confirmed he was there, that we both told Soup not to quote the comment, and that there was nothing illegal going on. He can vouch for everything. No Solo Interaction: I was never alone with Soup. Everything happened in a group call. Openness: I haven’t hidden anything. I’ve explained exactly what happened to anyone who asked and been upfront from the start. No prior history of any behavior like this: this was an isolated, stupid moment that I tried to fix immediately. Soup’s own messages: He admits he quoted something that wasn’t meant that way, and that we warned him not to. Additional info: I would also like to add that I’ve done my own due diligence to talk with people to gauge what people thought soup's age was. The most common answers were 16-19 years of age. I am here to clarify that he is 14. I didn't know his exact age till after the ban due to the reason that he had openly stated several times in open channels about identifying himself as a femboy. Now the personal comment from that night pertained to him talking about his identity to which is why I did not mention it due to his age. Some of you also said I should have immediately deleted it and some of you also agreed that it would look even worse for my case if I had deleted the comment. Some said I should have informed soup about the consequences of quoting that comment. Both Deadeye and myself told soup well up to 5-6 times the severity of what he thinks is “funny” that it would not be taken in that light and would be inappropriate for all parties involved. He decided to quote it anyways regardless of what two adults in the channel said. He also stated to both deadeye and myself after writing the quote “It’s only weird if you make it sound weird”. Did I say the quote at the end of the day yes but I immediately tried to rectify my comment and recover like I’ve seen from some many others on this server. Thank you for your time.

+1 I would say plus one even though it technically wouldn't correlate with TU we already crossed that line on the server with battalions and subunits that dont exist in lore or connected to battalion in lore either. TU has been a common issue with several BCMD's and Trauma's. They are trying to fix it and try new ways. I say let them try it and see what happens.

How can we recreate it: Take a quest for hunters that go either into the base or the nearby villages.

+1 I agree that the damage of the western is fine. But it would be better to have a slightly fast rps. But I can go either way.

+1 though it was fun to one shot vehicles I can say it’s too OP. I would say that if we reduced the damage and had a higher clip size that would work.

Noticed when I went to promote someone in-game I could select someone but once I selected their profile it wouldnt load for long periods of time.
