Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I wish to help do more for the server as a whole. Now that I've come back to starwarsrp, I'm getting back into the swing of things and I want to go through the TR path to help shape the future playerbase of Synergy. I've always enjoyed being able to support people as well, and being staff in general would allow me to do that. I enjoy playing on this server with all of its people, and I want to do my part for them. I never got very far in my time as staff previously; I want to grow as a staff member and learn about the finer details of how Synergy runs. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): It went alright. I never got very far in my time as staff, only reaching the rank of admin. I went down the GM path and I enjoyed it well enough, but I left Gmod before making a GM application. I did help out with a lot of events as a GH and I was being advised to make an application. I think that overall, I could have been more active in my advancement but I did alright. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes.

3/4 I liked how low-key the start of the event was and the execution of the beginning. However, the mix-up with flashbangs and seeing cloaks definetly made a negative impact. Overall, it was a decent quick event.

3/4. Good small event with a new theme. Refreshing. Perhaps a bit more introduction next time rather than just straight chanting but otherwise solid. Maybe optimize props/NPC spawns more to decrease lag.

Name: Ignis (Omega Two-Two "Atin") Who helped (If applicable): Blur (GM Shadow) Event Name: Shark out of Water Summary of the story: A Karkarodon assassin, disguised as a diplomat but hired by Dooku, flew into the Venator airspace and hailed the ship. His mission was to initiate a peace talk to get the senator alone, where he would activate a locator beacon calling a band of hired trandoshan pirates to attack the ship. When the Senator and him alone, he activates a locator beacon, calling his band of pirates to attack the Venator and create a distraction for him. What was the result of the event?: While the Diplomat did successfully take the senator hostage, he was promptly taken out by a lightsaber rifle. The pirates did also successfully breach the ship, but they were taken out by the clones stationed aboard the ship. The senator made it out unharmed and a little shaken. Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: A bit of both

-1. While I do think that having more maps would be cool, I think the old endor is kind of lame for improving creativity. I mean, it would basically just be like an old main server event with less people and some more effort, which doesn't seem all to appealing to me given the size. I think that we should use other maps and add different ones we haven't seen before, rather than recycling our old ones that we don't use anymore. Now, that janarr base or whatever we used at during the switch from Endor to Anaxes was really nice, but I know it's an unpopular opinion.

+1 I personally think extensive is fine but I can't deny that having a new Jimbo venator would be sick as fuck. Also rotation = profit.
