  2. Thank you, Freck. As one of the two individuals that will be deciding whether Gene is placed into this position or not, I will say him copying the lore from a wiki has zero consequence on his application or stance as a candidate. During the interview process, the candidate is given a set of questions that will test their knowledge on the lore of their regiment to ensure they know what they are talking about with or without a wiki article. I'm sure he copied the article simply to save time on the application, and considering it is a "Yes" or "No" question, there is nothing lost. As Sparks said, this isn't a company, this isn't a professional institution. We do not have any rules, legal requirements, or standards on plagiarism that we are expected to uphold. In the future, @Seven do not argue with people on a commander application. These are not threads for open discussion, they are threads for people to state their opinions on the candidacy of the applicant. Getting back to the topic at hand, however: Congratulations! 3. I don't know if you've included this, but the bunk floors are different between the left and right side.
  4. Actually I'm the one charging. I pocket all donations.
  5. Yeah, we hit three last night (maybe two nights ago) and I notified Joah about it. He found it funny. Fuck Hogwarts, man. Next stop: Superior.
  6. Yeah, I know. That's exactly what I'm saying. They used the intel team as a puppet to do their work for them and then when things didn't happen they could blame you guys. I was on intel and eventually stopped attending until I was removed. They were a waste of everyone's time.
  7. Honestly if you believe we're operating like Icefuse then you clearly have no idea what the Founders and Freelancers have been doing. There were upwards of 50-75 server suggestions that were accepted and are being modified/implemented into the server in the coming update. Doing all of those suggestions and getting these things fixed or added to the server takes time. Like, a lot of time. They're not just sitting there with suggestions closed eating doughtnuts and jerking off all day. They're tirelessly working on organizing with Freelancers, executing the suggestions, modifying lua files. They closed suggestions because they're already so backed up with how many you all put in and have been accepted. Do you remember how the suggestions worked on Icefuse? They didn't. The intelligence team on Icefuse was a joke (no offense to people on it). They were a puppet team to make it look like Icefuse was actually doing something while they sat there doing nothing. The people that made the update happen on Icefuse are here running this community, making the update happen. At least here we have the Founders themselves accepting or rejecting the suggestions so they can't place blame on other people if something doesn't happen. They are taking full responsibility and are working as hard as they can to give you guys what you want. Sparks has stayed up with me or alone for hours late at night working on content for the coming update. You need to remain patient and grateful for what we are working to and have provided. I mean Joah did a twitch stream of the new map last night to showcase it. We're not lying to any of you, nor are we hiding anything. We're simply trying to do what we can to make this a fun and serious server.
  8. It's supposed to be setup so you can only give cloak and noclip to yourself... ULX is so terrible.
  9. Completely up to the Founders. My best guess is probably another month after the update drops.. another question for @Joah lmao.
  10. @Joah This one's all you, my man.
  11. The RANCOR Battalion Commander position is currently full. Denied. //Locked //Moved to Commander Applications - Denied
  12. Prepare for people spamming you to make models for them.
  13. No, I think you have an addiction to making forum posts.
  14. Stop, you heathen. It would appear this report was made through miscommunication and with a lack of knowledge surrounding the context of the situation. While I did clearly state previously noclipping to reach a destination for the express purpose of saving time is not acceptable nor is no-clipping without being cloaked, I believe this situation did not infringe on either of those rules. I'm going to go ahead and lock this. I believe we have all come to an accord. //Locked
  15. I just wanted to post this here because this is awesome.
  16. Same. Bring me in when you talk to him! lmao.
  17. That needs to be mentioned to Props. I don't see it happening with this map update. Maybe in the future. I'll mention it.
  18. I've heard nothing so far. Elevator was a bit smoother.
  19. I don't know if anyone did.
  20. Unfortunately, there does need to be some form of evidence to prove these claims. Or at least a few more witnesses to corroborate them. Ultimately, staff should not be no-clipping to get places faster. That was a rule on Icefuse, and remains a rule here. Also, if they're no-clipping, they absolutely should be cloaked. Also, picking people up and pushing them away from you with the physgun for no good reason is also not something staff should be doing.
  21. I don't know if you were here, but we alpha tested the map last night. It looks pretty good, there are some nice changes and textures touch-ups. It's a bit more optimized as well. There were two or three compile errors still visible on the map (broken textures, invisible doors, etc.) that are still being buffed out. The reason we don't have the map yet is because the hyperspace function was causing fatal compile errors to the map, and therefore it could not be implemented. We might drop it without hyperspace and allow Props more time to perfect the hyperspace function.
  22. Due to the circumstances surrounding Fido, this report is being closed. Thank you for your concern. //Locked
