So it sounds like this was a misunderstanding. For the most part staff members involved in a simulation can spawn whatever they need to contribute to the sim with permission from the Sim Master/claim owner. Are you, @TTRaven satisfied with the responses here? If so, I am going to close this.

I don't know what Joah would say about this, but I can tell you right now I would immediately deny this. Perhaps there is a place for this in the future, however it really does not have much of a place on the server except to minge or generally cause a lot of accidental RDM. At the moment without logs there is zero chance I would allow this to happen. Maybe if logs were implemented there is a possibility, albeit a very small one, but as it stands definitely not. I'm not even sure when the logs do get added if they can track this.

Fixed. The original rule was 3.1.n being "Senators may not command military personnel" as a blanket rule, however we then made it more specific on the Senators permissions related to Defcon 6 versus during a combat situation. I forgot to remove 3.1.n from the "Roleplay - General" section, so yes it was an oversight. I do not have issues copy pasting from the document, I do it all the time. When you paste the text in just click "Remove formatting" at the bottom of the text box.

From the word "again" I'm assuming this is not the first time. The expletives you have in the bind are zero tolerance, and usually warrant a full week ban. You should not have anything bound, especially near your chat keys, that could risk you getting banned. Considering this has already happened once, and you should have learned from your mistakes, I believe this ban should remain as it is. I'll wait to see some feedback before deciding on this.
