Update regarding the "Bad Decal List" Crashing As some of you know the crash was still happening with the Dev build however there was some good news today(Hopefully) This should be another reason to update to the Dev Build One reason, that a moderator in the Official Garry's mod discord, came up with the bad decal listing was because of "fading decals" in which TFA weapons use(Picture 1). A update that rolled out this morning on the dev build had a fix in there that targeted this problem(Picture 2 and 3). Hopefully this update will help some people, who are using the dev build. However since this update rolled out this morning I cant say anything myself (Although I have been using the Dev build for the last week and already prefer this build).

So as many people know, there has been ALOT of Bad Decal crashes. Many of you may just assume its cause the addons are shit or something, however this is not the case. Ever since the last Gmod Update many server on the Gmod discord have reported crashes with the message "Bad Decal List". This is directly a Gmod problem and is not a problem with the server. Rubat, a popular Dev that has created many famous addons for Gmod(Original Rhino Lightsabers under name Roboboy), well he helps manage the help section on the Gmod Discord and has recommended using the Dev build to help with the crashes. There is no confirmation if this has completely fixed the problem so let that be known. If you want to know how to enable dev build, honestly just google it, theres plenty of youtube videos over enabling Dev Build. PS: Dev Build has a different Audio Codec that is way more clear than the normal build.

-1 Dog, Im running a i5-4670k and a RTX 2060. He almost crashed me. I swear I saw smoke. But no on a real note, you spawned easily 200 droids, you did it about 6-8 times while I was watching you. You only stopped b/c someone came to granite. You lied to their face saying you were just testing the droid model for a future event. During the confrontation with you(With Highstaff, Jedi, and Witnesses) you did not like you regretted what you did 1 bit. This is further backed up by the fact, that you posted your appeal in under 20 minutes. You do not regret what you did, and you honestly have not thought about how what you did might affect Jedi. Shit like this might be why NPC's will be nerfed. Now onto if he should be unbanned from TS, my opinion no he should not. Why should someone who is perma banned from the server be allowed onto TS. Its a all are nothing. Lets face honest facts if hes only unbanned from TS, then hes always going to hold a grudge towards the server. Shit like this will cause more drama within the community. I feel if someone wants to be unbanned from TS they need to be unbanned from ungame. As by being unbanned by both it shows you have truly reflect on what the fuck you did. TLDR; Why the -1 Spawned 400 Droids that almost crashed me each time. (Did it about 6-8 times) Lagged the server massively and almost potentially crashed it.(He was using force repulse and spawned a large amount of droids in a small area) Lied to multiple peoples face, "Oh I was just testing the Model for a event" "Oh no no no I was testing something due to a Gonk Droid Bug", the lies and excuses go on. Has been banned 4 times not for small offense but each offense are massive Did not even wait 20 minutes to appeal If someones perma banned its a all or nothing, not just one server. In my opinion try to atleast wait a week before you appeal again, if its a perma ban.

I mean initiating duels in csr/cit/dojo is fuckin stupid. Duels is meant so you dont have to walk there. But on a real note I challenge people to a duel then quickly run to a corner. This way when I get out I have a high probability of just shooting a wall.

See I dont fully agree with the Original posters post, I dont think meditation should be nerfed. However I have been testing to attempt to figure out what meditation gives you. Now that you've posted it, I do believe the XP for dueling should at-least be buffed. If its 8 XP/S for meditation, that means you have to win a spar in under 56 seconds or meditation would give more. Typical spars will last 1:30 to 3 Minutes. During this time you could gain so much more xp, for example if it is the 8XP/S( I was testing and thought it was 5XP/S) that means in these two time ranges you will gain somewhere between 720 XP - 1440 XP. Now the reasoning I believe you should get more XP Sparring then you do meditating is that it encourages Activity in the server. You could use the argument "If someone wants a high level then there going to have to grind mediation". Well Most people are going to want that high level. I dont want a Fully AFK server, I would much rather have people sparring when ever they are on, instead of still using their PC however just having GMOD in the background as they cant play cause they need that mediation XP. Like the other day I heard a padawan reluctant to spar as they wanted to remain one of the highest levels to spar. In order to be one of the best on the server, you have to sit in a room and refuse to actually do things that would mean you earned that level, IE PVE or PVP PS: I dont know the value for how much NPCS give you but to all you reading this post, NPCS are best way to level so hopefully SA+'s will host more NPC sims. The reasoning for NPC's being the best is that they give like 1/3rd a Player Kill and are much faster to kill then Players. Can easily Kill 5-6 NPCS by the time you kill a player. Thus making PVE Much faster than meditation and PVP. Sooooooooo Get them SA+'s hosting NPC sims.

So just going to say this now. This is the place to appeal if you are banned from the server itself, not individual battalions. In order to appeal a blacklist appeal from SOBDE, you are going to need a meeting with all the squad leads + SOBDE Reg. This is due to you being perm from SOBDE as a whole. Also I would like to put out there you are not blacklisted for RDM from SOBDE but instead are Blacklised for the following reasons "Mass insubordination, Failrp, Minge". ~Mereel I do not know how the SPEC Reg and his battalions handle blacklist however that is up to you to contact @Dennis to figure out how you can get unblacklisted from battalions inside SPEC.

How exactly did you test the addon just curious, just want make sure you equipped the DarkRP gamemode before you went to test it. As this may have an effect over why its causing a map to break. Also Hero is suggesting a printer system in general although he linked to a specific one, and from my 7900 hours on GMOD I have seen hundreds upon hundreds of Printer addons that could be used instead, so if need be the intel team in my opinion could potentially find a better suited addon. I mean how dare I use the most efficient and only reliable way to view a persons most recent activity on GMOD + talking to members inside the battalions to see his Teamspeak activity, to see if he currently is fit for a position. Getting a position should not make you more active on the server, you should already be decently active in both aspects then apply for a position. Has Craig done great in the past b4 ? Yea. However Its the past and the present that decide if you are fit for a position and currently with his MOST RECENT activity (Fuckers be on for 80 hours like 4 weeks ago > stop playing> then be like but Im active) I just don't see him as currently being "active" enough for rex.

-1 You are very active on the server and with the battalion however I feel one of the other applicants just gives his all to the battalion on a whole different level and is really deserving of the position.

Dude has given his all to the battalion, always holds a training for the battalion whenever he is on. He is always talking to everyone within the battalion even those who just joined. This friendliness really helps to keep members within the battalion and give a good face for the battalion. I feel Sugga is honestly a role model as a BCMD for how he should act with the members under him and how he should represent the battalion. With that all being said This man definitely has my fuckin +1

-1 Im sorry craig, but honestly you are amongst the group who have gotten addicted to ARK, and not only that I have talked to a couple 501st(Will not name who as its up to them if they want to comment here or not) however it seems you only recently(Within the last day or two) have started to talk to the current 501st. I feel by supporting you I would honestly be cucking the other applicant who has been very active on the server and dedicated their all to the battalion Not only that you stated that there is a problem with the officers and they really dont do much however if I had to be honest I see so many trainings, and quite often I see Rex(Sugga) at these trainings actively participating in them and giving pointers to everyone in the battalion how they should handle a live situation. Then the last nail in the coffin for me is your activity for past two weeks on GMOD, I will admit you had a LOA for 3 days between the 7th to the 9th, however your activity is still very low for someone wanting to run for a BCMD position. You have 20 hours the past two weeks on GMOD which is very inactive for a BCMD spot and you also have a decent amount of time dedicated towards ARK. If i had to be honest when you are running for a BCMD position it never looks good when a you have more hours on a game the past two weeks more than you do on GMOD .

Lately when ever im bored on the server I attempt to just build random shit in the CSR(However its typically recreations of things from IRL/Video Games/Movies as that requires the least amount of thinking). So Far I have built D-Day and Helms deep as seen below. If you want anything built in CSR just leave the name of it and where its from and Ill attempt to recreate it to the best of my ability in CSR whenever I have the time.
