+1. I will just flatly start out with, Im bias. You could consider me heavily bias as Forseen and I have been close friends on Gmod since we were even high staff on IFN. Now I will admit Forseen does not have CURRENT RC experience but he still does have RC experience. Forseen was one of the first RC members(If I remember correctly he was Fixer.) on synergy. I will admit the start up of SOBDE on synergy was shaky but foundations of current RC can still be found from each of the squads that were here at the start. Forseen has been RC with me multiple times, so although currently he might not have the mind of a squad, it wont be hard for him to get back into it. If I had to be honest some of the best RC squad mates ive ever had were Alistar(None of you remember him), Dragon and Forseen. These guys were great members of RC. Although Forseens time as RC has long past, he still has helped in other roles of the server. Im not worried about Forseen maintaining activity on RC and high staff, he never has. If anything I had more problems on activity then he did. Even if his hours drop, if some calls him out on it, he will take that to heart and really try to improve. Something I couldnt do.

Typically I do let even jobs talk when its just like 3-4 in the channel, after 4+ I will typically set talk power(Dont know if you still can or not anymore). After I set talk power I just give the talk power to those with heavy RP jobs. I hate it when channel just gets rousy and know one can hear themselves think. They can remain events jobs albeit it will be non major rp ones if they want to do nothing but disrupt the channel.

I will often give them guidelines then let them Free RP and instead of forcing them to coordinate around my event I will often coordinate around how they RP as I don't like to force a story and instead like to set up the story, make sure it runs smoothly then let player interaction take care of the rest. The best type of RP is the improved RP. This type of RP actually feels natural, thus is why I tend to lack in the communication area as I just mostly take care of the extra-bits that need to happen.(Obviously I will still try to guide the story down the main road it was going however if the clone take an alternate path I will let the event jobs RP down that path however they feel fit, as long as its not Aids) Do you understand that if you are Inactive, you will be removed from the program?: Yes Give us an Event Idea that you would like to Produce: So typically I like to use Battalions actually to their use. So for my event I would like to run a event that is a long string of events. To start the event I would have a high ranking officer(hopefully a non lore named commander, not BCMD) and/or high ranking base ops running a training in CY. During this "PT"(The commander would be in on it however their battalion would not) the commander would get shot. Afterwards the event job in which is a bounty hunter would proceed to fall back to Granite. Once the clones (who ever BO or high command sends in pursuit) after the bounty hunter, they will find a large amount of reprogrammed CIS Droids surrounding Granite. Once they pushed to Granite gates, they will find the Bounty hunter taking off in a ship. Some time later(maybe a hour to three hours later) the base will relieve information regarding the hunters location. Afterwards 41st will be briefed to Recon the planet in which the hunter was located. They will take out surrounding encampments then fall back to base and report to base ops their findings. Afterwards 501st and 212th will be sent to the planet to attack the base, with SOBDE sneaking in during the chaos to capture the hunter. After this whole encounter SOBDE will bring the hunter back to base to interrogate who placed the hit upon the commander. During this interrogation, the base will discover that a VIP they were expecting on the planet got intercepted by individuals who claim to clan in which the bounty belongs to, 104th would be sent to negotiate with this guild. After wards this the rest would depend on clones if the base is attacked, if it ends peacefully, or if a rescue mission is made. However its been a year and a half since that happened, as I always said, No one ever truly leaves this god forsaken hole that is G-MOD. Although there is no overseer anymore, it still counts fuckboi, and i'm coming for it. But on a real note, the amount of Sims going on in in-between events is slim to none. This is what I mostly left for as well, no one does stuff anymore, we just do either trainings or wait for events. It really makes me miss the old days when you would have 5+ sims going on, a couple being PVP, a couple being PVE, a couple just being fuck all (we even had a town of Salem sim once). I want to rejoin staff to help fix this and try to run sims in-between events, as I feel that is what keeps your player-base active and healthy, instead of having new players join and already being bored 2 hours into their playtime within the server. -1 Sorry m8, 3 hours since between resignation and application really doesn't give me an impression you have truly reflected on your actions. Yes you thought to your self after 3 hours you shouldn't of resigned, but you haven't addressed how you are going to handle your anger the next time. It leaves the possibility that at the next inconvenience you have, in which triggers an outburst, you have the possibility of resigning immediately from staff again. I don't know how well you did on staff or how poorly you did on staff, but I truly believe that first you need to address what caused you to resign in the first place, lack of restricting yourself whilst in a fit of rage.

-1 From the time to time I hoped on while Ive been gone(Everyone couple months) and I saw mike, He was generally an ass and extremely toxic. The fact that I saw him in high positions was one of the reasons I avoided some branches when I hoped back on because I knew it was going to hell. Sorry I will have to agree with Bob(Especially about the acts you did, Yes people have done similar shit, but often its separate, the fact you made fun of someone committing suicide, posted gore, ban evaded, like wtf. You are on a level far worse than fucking Chronic) .Also 3 Months doesn't change shit.Even more so if you acted that way ever since the launch of synergy.
