0/10 While the beginning was fine the end was terrible, pming saying we need overwhelming force isnt good Tactical insertions were placed and constantly spawned and killed the solution was "overwhelming force" meaning we had to rush in and spawn camp with the insertions cause you fought us instantly. Your Event helpers also said we were trash during the attack which wasnt the best feeling.

10/10 One of the best events, had story/roleplay not from a biased point of view, compared to alot of events the pacing was amazing! These are the events that make the server what it is!

-1 no need to add a new battalion, rather have more people in less battalions than have the community super spread out. ESP rn with some battalions struggling rather focus on the current battalions. Also Keeli company is super irrelevant in the entirety of the clone wars, they were wiped out in 1 battle in phase 1.

+1 Needs to happen, out of alot of the regiments heavy always struggle, i think a extra equipment or weapon will do the trick to incentive new people to join it.

Hi Killjoy! Its Bacta! I was extremly hesitant to put my vote/opinion for personal reasons but I would like to put some stuff here, I would love for you to respond! The main 3 points hitting you is -Short time coming back (You are just hitting the bare minimum to apply for the position) -501st is gonna turn into a negative parabola if you leave the position (You were the catalyst for 501st doing good from your activity and such you leaving can damage the battalion again.) -Plans are weak at best in your application. (Political buzz words) Personally from my perspective and what i said you will most likely be a non offensive ATTACK REG that will attempt to unify the battalions to a short term, a lot of your points are extreme buzz words of unity and such which is cool! But i think people want a more aggressive attack reg that's gonna focus more inside the battalion than unifying them. My personal experience was a very rough conversation with you Killjoy, it was a lot of mumbling and it just felt you were going off buzz words. If it was just this I would have -1 BUT it seems your other conversations have resulted into +1 with confidence leading into your position. The main 3 points that support you is -Past experience of being a great person (Crosshair XO | VA | Personality) -501st having a comeback mentality (Great numbers recently with positions being filled) -You have talked to the mass of the server it seems about you going for it , your responses have fixed peoples hesitancy on them going for it A lot of your shit people are hitting you for bleeds into the reasons people are supporting you for, your experience people have seen carries you above the criticism of only being back, your plans in your application have been overlooked as you have had talks from the ATK REG that have given them good faith, 501st being in a good state stem from the full workload you did to do it, doubts arise from you leaving that position. Definitely excited to see the clones beliefs and their thoughts on the order 66 more closely, echo in the background makes me happy, overall im so fucking hyped for this shit. Its Bacta, so i wanna go over some stuff as administration and wanted to discuss. First thing is first I wish to join the staff team to help out the server, with the past months I have fallen in love with the server and want to put my 100% into the server. For this i will discuss the reason why I stepped down from staff, It was my first 2-3 weeks of the server and I felt extremly overwhelmed granted most likely I could have handled it but with a mix of IRL situations going to shit as usual and other things populating onto it I felt I was going to fast with everything. I stepped down from TR/Staff and wanted to focus on 212th to be the best I could be and make sure I was going to put my full effort. I wanted to gain a full understanding of the server from a VIP perspective and understand situations, applying for staff before I only had around 70 hours (At least 20 hours were AFK) and just received SGT, personally I felt out of my league as I was learning how to staff while learning how to be a regular player on the server. Since then i have explored most avenues of the server going in depth of the systems and attempted to get a full understanding on the situations. Overall I want to give back to the server that i dedicated 300+ hours and want to help out the staff team. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Overall I think I'm a decently chaotic person overall, but in most situations I get along with people excellent. My best trait is my ability to talk to new people and make them feel welcomed and evaluate people. I love to understand philosophy and go in depth with people to gain a full understanding, in situations I want to see the best in people to give them a fair chance and I constantly yearn to do my best. As described from people I put my absolute 100% and do my best to not half ass any work, I think my love for a server like this comes from just talking to people, my favorite part of the server is getting to know new people from diffrent parts of the world and cultures.
