Its Bacta, so i wanna go over some stuff as administration and wanted to discuss. First thing is first I wish to join the staff team to help out the server, with the past months I have fallen in love with the server and want to put my 100% into the server. For this i will discuss the reason why I stepped down from staff, It was my first 2-3 weeks of the server and I felt extremly overwhelmed granted most likely I could have handled it but with a mix of IRL situations going to shit as usual and other things populating onto it I felt I was going to fast with everything. I stepped down from TR/Staff and wanted to focus on 212th to be the best I could be and make sure I was going to put my full effort. I wanted to gain a full understanding of the server from a VIP perspective and understand situations, applying for staff before I only had around 70 hours (At least 20 hours were AFK) and just received SGT, personally I felt out of my league as I was learning how to staff while learning how to be a regular player on the server. Since then i have explored most avenues of the server going in depth of the systems and attempted to get a full understanding on the situations. Overall I want to give back to the server that i dedicated 300+ hours and want to help out the staff team. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Overall I think I'm a decently chaotic person overall, but in most situations I get along with people excellent. My best trait is my ability to talk to new people and make them feel welcomed and evaluate people. I love to understand philosophy and go in depth with people to gain a full understanding, in situations I want to see the best in people to give them a fair chance and I constantly yearn to do my best. As described from people I put my absolute 100% and do my best to not half ass any work, I think my love for a server like this comes from just talking to people, my favorite part of the server is getting to know new people from diffrent parts of the world and cultures. Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Not much, I was a new admin for 1 week so i know the super basics. How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server?:351:31:20 I do apologize on leaving the staff team before but I hope to perform better to make up, gaining a extra 100 hours has equipped me to tackle situations much better with a better understating on the server. No matter the result as always I will do my best to improve thank you.

Coming from the battle it was a dark day in the LAAT, we knew our orders but we all dreaded doing it, for years we bonded with these friends called the Jedi. Coming onto the base and hearing the dreaded order being shouted it was like time stopped for everyone. It was a pure blur, planet to planet killing each of them not questioning it but just doing it was all just doing. You remember the day before that the jedi were saving you from falling off a cliff but now you are throwing them off the cliff. Seeing Cody give that order was grim, a close brother shot the Kenobi on his pet, he didn't have the chance. Moving to Tatooine it was even grimmer, invading their crystals, the Jedi tried to cloak but the newly made Darth Vader saw right through them, they didn't even have a chance. We all go to sleep with grim in our eyes,confused,dazed, and knowing life wont be the same. It was pure and utter slaughter, I remember seeing all my clones ready to storm illum at the beginning and seeing Yoda devastate all of them makes you wonder how much things changed. Overall 10/10! Insanity!

In the time on the server I have seen bud a good amount of times, looking at the comments I think its perfectly reasonable to have some days off the game, as long bud is able to delegate work and be a effective in the time he can be a great rex. Overall I +1

I would like to help and learn more about the server by joining the staff team. Overall my interests/goals would be to help the staffing team on smaller time zones like Late NA/Early EU to assist with it. Synergy Roleplay has been a blast and I would like to put my work to help the team and make the server a better/safer place. My goals/plans overall would be to help the server any way possible to make it more fun for more CTs. Staffing is the equivalent of volunteer work and I think I'm passionate enough to dedicate time to helping the server overall. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I'm Bacta, I played a bit of synergy on 2018 and really fell in love with it, my main reason for playing on Synergy is to meet and be friends with people in a fun manner, I try to come into places with a positive attitude and always want to help. I have a lot of free time being on, I try my best to get around 2-3 hours. Overall my entire goal is just meeting new people and helping any way I can. I have loved star wars and I am a extreme lore buff reading the commando books, I love to roleplay overall and love the star wars universe. Do you have any previous staff experience?
