@Carvis So we accept apps that get a good amount of positive feedback in about 3-5 days. We have accepted every application within that timefame. The only recent one that went over that was Foxey's which you just put a message on asking why it hasn't been accepted and quite frankly it was looked over due to it being under the commander section and not the commander applications section and it got lost in the feed for a little longer. Also the normal time frame given for applications is 7 days. Some people we give more time as they get certain feedback. there are other applicants, or they don't get a whole lot of feedback. Also some get left up for the full 7 days because they applied while someone is holding the position.

@Dennis We don’t have much say in the GM Program as Directors that goes to the HoD and GMC. If you have concerns about either the GM or TR branches please ask the HoD, GMC, or TRD or Managers of either branch. As for High Command not being on the same page I am not sure what you mean as we are constantly communicating with one another in proper channels wether it be TS or Discord. and what exactly do you want us to communicate more about? We try our best to notify everyone about anything relevant the server. Yeah there’s a few things that we have decided just need to go in motion for certain reasons but we usually, in my opinion, keep most people updated on certain stuff. Of course we can’t keep everyone in the loop, even if we wanted to as there is quite a lot of players on Synergy. For your concerns about staff. Yes I will acknowledge that staff has been on a downhill slide for a little while now. We are trying our best to find new ways to get people to do more as the server has been very stagnant as of late but that is something that cannot be fixed overnight. It takes some time and we are cracking down on the staff members who continually do no work. It doesn’t always take staff to create some fun on the server! Create some passive RP within your battalions and others will follow suit. We’re trying our best to get things rolling and I too hate using school as an excuse but sadly that’s really just the case. A large majority of our player base is between the ages of 13-18 and they have much more important things than a role play server on GMOD of all games. (i wrote this on the toilet there are probably a few grammatical mistakes so my bad)

Nightmare is right. You boys signed up for it and you should always be ready to perform your staffing duties. Yes, tickets do go unclaimed from time to time and yeah there are slow days for staff and so on so forth. This won’t change anything. How does being a named character hinder the BO Commander’s ability to do their job?

I’ve always said that there are waaaay too many batts on the server but it is also waaaaaaay too late to just up and remove any of them without a lot of thought and consideration.

Idk what y’all mean. Endor has crashed way more than Jania and people crash more often on Endor than on Jania. Performance was fine when we started off then somebody decided to perma prop trees all over the damned planet and no one followed the bunk prop limit and went way over causing a lot of stress. If people don’t perma prop like children then performance would be way better.

+1 BUT High Command should actually be able to set the base up properly. Last time it was a cluster fuck and perma props fucked the performance up a lot so that’ll have to be regulated as well
