So how do I begin. Ren is truly the trooper you want in the position. He has always been a good fun guy to be with, many of you can agree, but when it come to organization and leadership, he is far above anyone I have worked with. You give him a list of things to do, and he'll be honest with you on what can and can't work with certain Ideas. Sure his activity could be better, but he's working with what he's got and I've seen many applicants get accepted with worse hours in 2 weeks. Ren is an outstanding person, who I can believe, can change or reorganize CG. +1 P.S I'll have the cookies ready when you finish your interview
