I love Synergy and the people I've met in it, just need a serious step back to take a break before I get burnt out and end up resigning from everything. They "negotiated" with a rival gang to try and get access to the spice port. However, the boss was killed. Unknown to the outside world on how, the boss's second in command took over and blamed the republic for his boss's death. The two gangs engaged each other and the republic turning into a large scale war in the streets of Coruscant. The CG fought against all odds and managed to escape with the spice and killed two gangs in the process. +1 Your application seems very solid and I've seen you around on the server. The times I've interacted with you has been pleasant and I genuinely believe you would be a great member of the staff team.

In truth this is the only thing I would see as a problem. However, the rest of the application seems solid as hell. I've heard nothing but good things about you and if everything I've been told is true I think you'd be an amazing member of the staff team. You show that you care about the community and share that you have the potential to help people out whenever is needed. This is respectable in my opinion and would love to work alongside ya on the staff team. +1

-1 I hate to be that guy, but I genuinely don't see a lot of effort put into this application. I would love to see a lot more if possible, if you add more I will gladly take another look at it and potentially change my mind. However, as of current I would have to remain with my current opinion.

+1 Been around the guy a lot and can tell he's a solid dude. He wants to do things that benefits the health of the entire server and puts in some genuine care with the playerbase at times. He's shown me he cares about the community and showed me that he would be an amazing addition to the staff team.

So as of current I've noticed some troops who refuses to listen and a lot of old rules and regulations that's been drowned away. Answer to First Question: I'd like to enforce some of our rules a lot more than they are now, and being able to create a bit more order I feel we could give off a more professional look. For example, I've seen a lot of in-game blatant disregard for structure and order. It's stuff like this I'm really wanting to squash within Rancor as it can make the battalion look unpleasant. Answer to Second Question: As of current I have made suggestions to make some changes and told that it would be talked about or discussed. I'm hoping with BCMD I'd be able to push these talks a lot more working with the officer corp and command more directly in-order to make changes I feel need to be made in-order to further enforce professionalism and structure.

I do respect your opinion, however I do just want to clarify on the captain part. I was a captain for a month and then a major for about a week. The reason I went for a waive was previously commander was required rank. But I do appreciate your input and respect the decision! Thank you!

I did inform them and to answer your question yes, I did receive support. I would like to keep things going, but I found a lot of stuff written down not being enforced and that's what I'm looking to change. I do see things that need changed however. A lot of unknowns and a lot of confusion so wanting to fix such things and solve those problems.
