The reason for it not being so surprising is the amount of time and effort, he places in within the server. Even if he's busy with school, which I find him stupid for and sometimes make fun of him, but that's dedication I guess in the year of 2000's. In the times of the mustard battalion, for god knows why the fuck they promoted me to officer which I found stupid till this day.. When I resigned from the position, honestly thought it was a form of relief. Nope, I was wrong. Kids for some whatever reason keep coming to me while they have other resources. So that explains why my channel aka @Qal's waiting room is always in Closed or STFO. Any who, I'll come on TS time to time, maybe even AFK all the time like @Fizzik. No issue at all, some may take concerns which are fine, since they do not know your leadership, etc, etc, but non the less it should not be used as a form or method of an excuse. Recently just got unbanned. Though not a huge factor, I'd like to see more improvement from how you act within the community servers, this means how you interact with others, while as thinking of actions before you act. I.e: leaving server to avoid whatever. 2,) Reading this application, not gonna lie. It seriously looks as if there was no effort placed at all. Also, the application does seem to sound repetitive, maybe give some examples on how you are gonna resolve situations. When giving examples, find necessary sources to backup those sentences.
