Banned By: Joah Why should we unban you/shorten the ban period?: I would like to start this by saying i’m sorry. All of my actions were completely unacceptable and I deeply regret all of them. To Zim, I betrayed your trust and all your hard work on the development team. Nothing was going through my head when I deleted the content and there’s no one to blame but myself. To both Zim and Joah, I apologize for making this all so hard for you for the few times I’ve come on alts to ban evade only for you to hear I’m lurking, it’s a completely idiotic thing for me to make you have to deal with. I will never make anyone have to deal with something like this again, even if this appeal doesn’t work in the end. I just want everyone to know I am sincerely sorry. Since this is a public appeal, I feel everyone deserves to know what happened so you all can see what I did wrong, and hopefully you’ll understand me in saying that it was all a huge fuck up on my end and I wasn’t thinking clearly at the time. I used to be a developer for synergy as well as a senior commander, and that’s a lot of trust to hold for someone on the server. I screwed it all up once I resigned from both positions, as I thought it was a good idea to make my own server without second thought. I gathered a few friends from the 104th and we all started working on the server. I chose an idiotic and completely stupid path of not telling the founders, whom I worked with and had major trust from, about the server I was making. I even worked on it in one of the 104th sub channels in synergy’s own teamspeak. It was massively disrespectful and had no second thought on my end. Eventually the server was found out by some 41st joining off one of my 104th friends, and it got reported. That was when Joah confronted me about it and I was banned. What matters the most is that I fucked up, and I know I fucked up badly. I realize that now, and I can’t express how sorry I am about it. I betrayed the trust of many people, and put no thought into the matter at all. Some may not understand me, some may not agree, but I am truly sorry for my actions against this community. There’s nothing I can really say to justify my actions, nor should I be justifying myself to this community because what I did was wrong. I pray you all get where I am coming from, and hopefully you can give me another shot. Evidence to support your claim: N/A

My first vehicle was a 1984 Chevy C10, I paid $2000 for it from a friend of a friend. It didnt run, or move at all. I got it towed to my house the same day its new engine arrived. I swapped in a crate V8 into it, then with the help of a friend I rebuilt the transmission as it was rough as fuck. After about $1000 in parts and alot of man hours she ran smooth and drove perfectly. She lasted me all through highschool, at the end of my senior year I sold her due to gas going up in price and I got about 10 miles to the gallon with her. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! I had saved up enough money to buy my first new vehicle, a 2016 Chevy Silverado. (Heres a photo of one with the exact same paint and body style, I just couldnt find any photos of it.) Sure but lets not beat around the bush and have this mutated mishmash of eras and timelines that we've got going on right now. IF the community wants to see SWTORRP then go for it. If not re work the Sith so that they fit with our current timeline.

If we want to keep the same Sith system and add in Sith troopers then we need to re-work the whole server to basically fit SWTOR. The reason JB's suggestion to remove Base Ops was denied is because it wouldn't be fair to remove something that people have put so much time and effort into. For example like making Documents, Jobs, Rules, Discords etc. Yet the solution they went with instead is to completely wipe Base Ops and rework all their jobs and documents which makes all the work they did for nothing. I think thats ironic because their solution is doing the very thing that they used as their reason for not removing base ops.

There has been issues with Base ops in terms of activity and otherwise. Now there are a lot of ways to solve this issue but fulling removing something that people have paid money so they could be involved in it or have dedicated large amounts of time to documents and otherwise would rob them of all that work. Chambers already has an idea of how to fix Base Ops in a way that does not involve turning them into event jobs. As a result this suggestion is DENIED Thats a direct quote from Jacksons response to JB's suggestion to remove base ops. Its the highlighted part in yellow that is ironic as fuck to me. Y'all said "We don't want to remove it because people have dedicated large amounts of time to documents and other stuff" so the solution is to wipe everything and still make all that work useless again.

This is exactly why it should be removed and divided among the battalions. It will break up the monotony and grind of the work and split it fairly to the battalions. -1 In favor of removing it and dividing up the duties of BO.

If base ops is removed (which is should be) The duties of base ops should be split fairly among all the battalions. It wouldn't be fair to shove it all on CG/Shock.

Zyner hit the nail on the head. Base ops is glorified door men, with the addition of Sith it puts a strain on the player base. There was alot more for Naval to do on a venator, now they are literally just doormen. Yes they control the gates, They are glorified door men. More than half the time the GM's are telling them what defcon they want. GM's are also telling them where to send people and when they aren't BCMD's are telling their men where to go. Their branch specific training's can be passed to the battalions, its stream lines the process since battalions all ready host trainings. Naval had a purpose on a venator, now BO is literally just doormen. Remove them from the main branches and keep the event jobs. +1 TO REMOVING BASE OPS, -1 to giving it to shock. If base ops is removed their job would have to be split fairly to the rest of the server.

Arent you the same guy who got banned for a very similar thing? Pretty Sure thats you. As far as Alec Goes he gets a +1 from me, Case in point the guy above me. He did some dumb shit and yall let him back in, there are plenty of people on the server who have done worse than alec and they have been given multiple chances. Considering this also happened during the same period of time that Chambers was under alot of stress its possible he could have acted rashly. Furthermore alec was just conspiring he hand't actually said anything yet, unlike others on the server.
