People seem to be confused on the whole Egg blacklist reasoning. Logic made me privy to this as he was under the delusion that the guy who removed him from the 21st was his friend, strange kid. Basically, Logic hated Egg because he left the 41st in a position which meant Logic had a lot to do. He also didn't like Egg in general. Logic had to re do all his docs because Egg had ownership and no one could contact him. Not the worse and understandable frustrating but blacklist worthy, I don't know chief. I am one of those who sorted missed the end of the Egg era and thus don't have much experience. Just here say and they say. Some good some bad, it really depended on the person you spoke to. What tainted my first view of Egg as Gree was his real laid back attitude, but I understand that being a BCMD can mello you a but. His lack or middling worries about the level of minges in 41st annoyed me also, but he was probably the best retard wrangler as he managed to herd those bastards and make them very efficient during events and PvP. Logic hated Egg as he hated what the 41st was and wanted it to be the batt he loved and was blacklisted from, GM/21st. He changed most of the trainings and layout to mirror GM and often asked me when I was XO and Bacara to assist him. But 41st isn't the 21st. And Egg is probably the best they can hope for, especially at the moment. As long as it doesn't become to mingy +1

Um, you say it's too grueling for a BCMD position. The Bacara position involves the constant work and maintenance into EOD, TECH, GMACTs and now SO and he's a BCMD. Krennic has a similar work load, in some regards. Also I thought he already was part of high command. Or did that change?

The main issues that have already been eluded to by other is obviously the uproar caused when a batt is removed and those in the batt usually leaving entirely due to it. Also the question of which one. As some batts where doing great while others where struggling. 501st wasnt doing great about 3 months ago or so. GM/21st was in a rough patch for a bit but is much better now, DU likewise, same with 91st. 41st has had a rollercoaster of a year. 327th has been patchy near the beginning of the year, Shock was almost dead 3 or 4 months ago. BO inactive (lol, I know they can be active but you get what I mean.), Rancor even went through a period that they only had activity for events and BvB and where basically inactive during the day. 187th where usually only active real Kate and dies when they had no BCMD. 104th and 212th have so far been doing good but with the player count in general is suffering you can think that removing a portion of the player base being a smart idea to improve battalions that remain. I know if 21st was removed I would probably leave. This decision would cause more issues that it would solve and make the server overall number lower than it has been. I know I haven't been on in a while but I know when I went on last the server had about 70 to 90 people on in the summer afternoon. -1 This isn't me complaining about batts or suggesting ones to remove, this is just me showing that activity changes with the tides and is never a sure fire thing.

Well, we been doing good all year to be honest, had some dips but averaging about 6 to 10 people a day at once most the time.

Connor the conquer is good but a bit egotistical and will look bad if you lose Crossbow Connor is also good. If you have a special technically or something your buddies call you a lot then maybe that . But not Freck. XD

Ir remember a buddy of mine got banned for a week because he was drunk on the server in down time and said Order 66 in OOC. Still have it for Comms and in game but not OOC +1

Aw shit, here we go again. I'm expecting to see "SOBDE Reg open" again shortly after as the position is cursed due to the squads being pretty self reliant and SOBDE Reg being a BCMD like position with more power yet no power, if that makes sense. I haven't see you a lot on the server and the feedback on this app is pretty mixed. Some people not in SOBDE like "HELL YEAH, WASH, WOOOOOOOOW!!!". And some SOBDE like "Nah, you didn't ask, it's kinda pointless and you said yourself the squads are fine (etc.)" Now you have the experience in the past and I cant contest to your on server activities as I hadn't seen you before but judging from the app and other opinions I would have to say "Meh, it's a neutral from me." No one element on the server is perfect. Each batt and squad has a nasty underbelly of issues, say how you will address these or help address them. And example could be Outreach. As when I was recently Bacara I hadn't seen an Outreach since Tinovious was Prudii and that was when SO and GM merged. How will you improve this? Does it need to be changed again? Give use something more than just I've done stuff. Show us your goals and aspirations in the position.

Issues currently in the 21st. One if the main issues I have to deal with is activity, due in part to school finishing for the members a such. That is why I am aiming to add more allocating training simulations that test the troopers on different aspects and puts them through there passes. Another problem that the 21st faces is balancing out the importance of playing on the server and teaching people the requires training, GMACTs, EOD, TECH, BT and GT takes up a lot of time to do. The Droid Drop ship would be nice. BUT it would probably have to be slimmed down, maybe remove the AI element of the pack. It also sounds ridiculously strong. Shields, Lasers and 14 rockets that take 0.85 seconds to reload once all fired. geez. A lot of these packs would be fine if we had an optimized map but unfortunately the server is a bit unstable ATM so this may cause more harm then good, The Vulture droid one is only 0.77 MBs so that's an option maybe. The Y-Wing is also nice as it is more accurate than the one we use currently. But this is almost a future addon really as i mentioned the server would probably die and or blow up if this was added. So I will -1 but it could be good in the future if the next map is more stable [fingers crossed and all].
