Y'all blacklisted from CTs

41st has been an issue for me, for a lot of people on this server, like Zim had mentioned drama is always called. You guys fight time and time again with other battalions and band together with your 6 or so loyal/inner circle members to push ideas and get things your way (be that server suggestions or staff/commander applications). Those are all independent choices in the end though, each member chooses to +1/-1 each thing or criticize/dislike whoever. Even if there is heavy peer pressure or swaying. Despite not really liking you at all from a forums perspective, and the disrespect a lot of 41st give the CTs (particularly ranked CTs) that does not change how you lead and the respect that your men do have for you, and that definitely matters. If another app of someone who is not in the 41st gets accepted, guarantee there is gonna be a revolt within the battalion, and thats honestly a good thing, it shows how dedicated a lot of these members are to Egg and it shows his leadership and charisma is strong enough to keep people together with him. So I am reluctantly going to +1 this, but I'd really love to see some more respect for other battalions/discipline for those who cause trouble (even if they are a friend, dont be an enabler) and really try to keep the drama to a minimum as even if you're right it looks bad if you try to be public about it (take it to the pm's). Lets be honest everyone. After one year of this community who is the real hero that has truly stepped up and pulled everything together, @Joah? NO. @Zim? NO. @Jackson? NO. The one true savior and the reason our community is as big as it is today is the man the myth and the legend @Dill Without his enthusiastic commitment to this community and making it into what it is today there would be no Synergy, myself and so many other people who have joined this great community would have never discovered it if Dill had not put in so much effort. I believe I speak for the whole community when I say thank you Dill for all that you've done for us o7 we all love you

Andrews, honestly this was the worst event I've ever been in. Started off with cringe passive with the inspector general and the 5th fleet. "UHHHHH" Went right into BOX RP YESSSSSSS then wow commando droids snuck on the ship!! OOF Enemies attacking > slaughter literally every commando droid and NPC that spawns OH Defcon 2 ???????? why DEFCON 1 wtf? > Sit on prop laat for like 5 min before taking off ( Literally nothing happening despite defcon 1 beinc called) land at jedi temple no CT tent go to balcony of the main building sit on wall with some CTs for like 10 min randomly get yelled at by CG to get off decide to just move on and head out of the camp thing to go somewhere quiet NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE CAMP REEEEEEE walk back in best part of event > 91st riding a prop bike that someone else is moving around with a phys gun (get a good laugh out of it) finally get deployed back to the venator laat breaks leaving the temple everyone re-spawns at the ship and start clearing everything event ends after engineers poke around in the ER for a bit. -1, although some parts were not in the power of the GM to fix like the messed up laat but in the end it was a very bad event.

Instead of saying "show me proof" actually explain the situation from your perspective and give an insightful argument as to why you either purposefully or accidentally killed someone. Using this argument makes you look pathetic and frankly it shows you are unfit for a staff position +1 to the report...

This evidence, if true could honestly put Zim in prison.... This is more than just a staff report. @FBI deal with this

-1 sometimes defcon 5 and 4 are so incredibly long and we get bored walking around so we line up to look presentable then March in all cool when it's called and get good seats. no point in blocking it off or getting upset at those who do it.

I get the idea that Skeeti has the right to wipe naval as he is the commanding officer, but when you collapse your entire battalion because you can, there needs to be checks and balances to make sure an actual reason is there. this "purge" seems outright stupid as naval have already struggled a lot in the past. Wiping the ranks of all the dedicated members is just asking for a coup. +1 even though the right to purge is there, it does not justify how things were carried out and shows that Skeeti is not ready and should not be Admiral.

why add an extra step for high staff and a wait time for the applicant rather than just allow any age to apply then if they are young, HAs can get together and discuss, rather than make the applicant wait around for permission, would be same thing just dealt with when the app is up. and remove unnecessary steps that just waste time.
