  1. 8/10 almost 9, the Sith coming out of nowhere was weird and I think it would be cool to either bring him at the beginning or we can give chase to them or hear comms RP with him. Outside of that a classic shoot up with the addition of RP opportunities. It was solid and I love the ambush at the end it made the fight intense and work fighting!
  2. 8/10 You had a solid build and was well put together though it had felt linear which made it hard to develop. I enjoy being a scuba trooper and it was really fun, even with 3 crashes on my end. I'd just be careful how straight a path you lead us on.

    Model Commission

Its a phase 2 Engineering helmet, and I wanted it on the server when the 212th models were being made, but the request was denied because "No one else has them" (Though models on the server were in the midst of being remade) Honestly I still have the hard feelings these helmets should be on the server.
  4. +1, I enjoy the thought of this and hope it works out. Though I am unsure how it works with our current cloaking system.
  5. This is, what I feel, an appropriate direction to help the longevity of the battalion as a whole. I look forward with seeing and working with in the future. I hope to see this team react appropriately and quickly when handling future issues (If there are any). And with a step in the right direction I look forward on getting level headed commanders in the future and Jedi!
  6. 9/10 You helped guide players through a small adventure, between great set ups and well handled corridors. The event went smoothly and I believe the people I was working with made the event better for me to run through. The only reason it was not a 10 for me is due to the railroading feel. Though I may enjoy following a war hero into battle, and you made it feel that way. It was still a sense of railroading which is dangerous line to play on.
  7. +1, I had seen you grow as a person, I've seen you go up through the ranks. Here I am proud of you stepping up to Cody.
  8. Steam Name: Bro RP Name: Omega Lead 09 Niner RP Rank: BCMD Steam ID (SteamID Finder): STEAM_0:1:437706712 Regiment you are applying for: SOBDE Regimental Experience: Engineer Lead of the 212th Since I’ve become an engineer as a PFC I’ve put my sweat and soul into engineering and into the battalion, increasing engineer activity in and outside the battalion. Pushing forward roleplay is what I’ve supported since day one of the training moving up the ranks of engineering and even through Naval at the time. Within my time as Engineer Leader I at one point had a max total of sixteen engineers on roster. I feel as though my time as a leader of the Engineers both inside and outside the 212th has helped me discover a great potential in my capabilities in leadership. 212th Engineering to 2nd Airborne When I was recruited into the 2ndAC it was during a time where the sub-unit was at a low. When the lack of activity was showing the Commanders were forced to get rid of a sub-unit. Unfortunately it was going to be 2ndAC. This had frustrated me and so I went and asked the current Cody(Perri) to become a 2ndAC Sergeant in order to help possibly revive the unit. Within a week I had recruited fifteen members into the 2ndAC, and activity pushed the unit into a much better position. Which earned me the rank and lore name 2ndACXO Bear leader of the Parjai squad. Shortly the sub-unit started to run smoothly. We were no longer on the chopping block, and instead the 2ndAC was to remain. With further work I was allowed the right to revive and remake the elite Parjai Squad. Where initiates are pushed to their limits while also becoming good leaders for the battalion and server itself. With Parjai’s help 2ndAC has been well trained and organized and have pushed further to help the battalion and raise their standard in combat and in roleplay. Engineer Leader to Support Overseer Due to my accomplishments with the engineering regiment and the work I’ve done with other support leaders I was made the Support Overseer of all of the support classes. I made a great effort to push all three regiments on completing their own tryout docs and put active leaders into each position. Within my time we had established medical record documents that are still used by the 212th currently to keep check on any and all troopers within the battalion. The 212th support regiments still thrive and new SUPOs have a solid foundation to build upon. Engineer Manager to Chief of Engineering As a clone of the 212th, I’ve taken my roleplay with engineering further out into other battalions where Admiral Yularen recognised my work and asked me to become his Engineer Manager. With the help of other Naval members we worked to create a Engineering Document and new Engineering Handbook. Due to my work and success with the Engineering Handbook I was made Chief of Engineering. I layed down a foundation for all those who are to come after me so that they may thrive, helped advise, and guide Chiefs of Engineering since. Commander Cody As Commander Cody my focus was on inner battalion relations and roleplay. I had taken it to myself to help regulate training to improve the 212th’s standard. Throughout my term we had increased in activity and recruits while also actively improving the quality of the recruits. We also had taken in the sub unit of Foxtrot and helped the creation of documents and helped the public relations for this change. Engineer Manager to Chief of Engineering As a clone of the 212th, I’ve taken my roleplay with engineering further out into other battalions where Admiral Yularen recognised my work and asked me to become his Engineer Manager. With the help of other Naval members we worked to create an Engineering Document and new Engineering Handbook. Due to my work and success with the Engineering Handbook I was made Chief of Engineering. I laid down a foundation for all those who are to come after me so that they may thrive, helped advise, and guide Chiefs of Engineering since. PO3-Admiral I’ve been in Navel since Skeeti after being asked to join and brought in to assist and push the engineering branch in training and leadership. Throughout that time I’ve earned the respect of my peers in the ranks and have earned my way as a figurehead. After reaching the Rank of Honorary Lieutenant Commander I had set focus on repairing and pushing the newly made Base Ops by assisting in the creation of the tryout doc, hosting consistent trials, Engineer training, and getting people into Base ops and filling the branches. I was made Colonel and Stepped up to become Chief of Engineering again and kept well formed and updated documents throughout the base. As current Vice Admiral my duties fall to leading Naval, administering actions and meetings, in addition to promoting ambition with my troopers and promoting activity. Sith Acolyte - Dark Council Member Within the Sith order I had focused on my branch of the Dark Honor Guard then soon the Order itself. I had led the Dark Honor guard through three Dark Lords. I had established the branch and solidified the tryout and training documents while keeping good activity to assist and grow the branch. Overall I was at the latest the oldest council member and assisted keeping what I could active through RP and trials. Operations Regimental As Operations Regimental my objective and goals were to revive and sustain both Naval and CG during a rough spot in both of their history. Within the position I worked closely with their new leaders Centurion and Freck to keep them organized and on the right path. By the end of my term my goals to keep both battalions healthy and well maintained my position was removed as talked about prior when I ran for it. Omega Lead 09 Niner Within the position I had done what every Niner had done before me, which has been filling my squad, getting comfy with them, and having fun with people. I had maintained the high standards and dealt with situations brought to me lawfully. This position has been the most peaceful spot I’ve held and with some of my closest friends. Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: I have dedicated myself to RP on this server for over 3 year and have leadership qualities that I’ve gained over my life as an Eagle scout, project manager, and previous regimental. I can benefit SOBDE’s growth in communication, and maintenance of what's behind the scenes and keep their duties on a higher standard. I have shown that I am a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with battalions and squadmates; innovative problem-solver who can resolve problems with creative solutions; clear communication skills aimed at understanding my regiment’s needs and providing corresponding resolutions; able to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to meet deadlines. Do you understand the lore of your Regiment?: I understand the lore of SOBDE and their missions that took place behind the scenes of the Republic. Availability: Over Discord I am available to talk between the hours of 10am-3am Over TS or in game between Monday/Friday from 10am-2pm/11:30pm - 3am Saturday from 11am-8pm Sunday from 10am-10pm Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: 212th SUPO 2ndACXO COEx4 Dark Council Member Senator Gume BCMD Cody Admiral Yularen Investigation Manager Lead Engineer Overseer Operations Regimental Jedi Masterx2 Temple Guard Lead Jedi General Niner Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: 5868:21:42. 1/7/2021 Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?:By the end of my term I’d see my regiment to be full and still have the ability to have fun in the game. I’d see that they are comfortable with the multiple training handed to them and assist with roleplay and combat situations. While also being comfortable working close with other troopers to take down any threat that comes to the Republic. I’ve pride myself with family values and a strong work ethic that I feel can help push inter squad relations and communication. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: Communication is a key focus of mine and I find it important to keep up with conversations and talks inside and outside each squad. I plan to address any problems that come up as a group effort, and keep a transparent open door policy. Having such transparency will help improve inner and outer regiment relations. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes I do. Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: Yes I do!
  9. Well boys I've done it. Today marks my 3rd year in Synergy, 3 years ago today I got dragged into the Engine Room back on a Venator to be taught engineering because "there was never enough of em" and the same person who taught me helped me into the 212th the same day. Through my 3 years here I've seen battalions and factions rise and fall. Helped lead sub units and soon a battalion then. I've seen trainings change multiple times and have taken charge of how those trainings happen. But honestly I'll be real with you. You have a good pack of lads around and a pack of idiots and I'll let you decide which you are but the synergy between the two makes Synergy what it is. I've loved the people and I hope to stay as long as I can with you guys. I know the burning question in your mind "Does Bro have a laminated copy of his ENG handbook? How many pages of handbook has he made?" To answer them, no I do not currently have a laminated copy of the ENG doc... Currently. That being said I had recently finished my grand handbook that has every page I wrote, edit, and rewritten for Synergy. I am unsure if I can post it here unless permitted by the CoE, or directors due to it having two of our current trainings in it. (Can't let you cheat them out of a training =P). Anyways I just wanted to post this because 3 years seems like a big deal to me and honestly I'm happy with what I've done on the server and I can only hope to help it further (And write better docs). I love you guys and I hope this new year can show kindness to us in our personal lives and on the server. I'm excited to see what these new Founders can provide and show off. And enthused to help teach this new generation about being a Commander and how to take up leadership roles without stressing yourself out. Ok, thats all I gotta say get back to your battle stations and fix the Reactor already, we can always talk later. (P.S. Medical manual, you're next <3)
  10. -1, I feel like anything I say would just be redundant. There is a strong lack of communication between the regimental and everyone in SOBDE which is a leading cause for critique on his part. Though communication and handling situations quickly and on the spot or prepared to speak to others so they can get the situation resolved is something we need as a MCMD.
  11. -1, giving everyone in a battalion something a single job is allowed to have makes the job useless, like a prior 21st suggestion when asking for a westar for the entire battalion (Making ARC/ARC training useless). I have the hard belief you don't need EOD tools for ever job but instead giving them to the intended jobs so everyone has a chance to do EOD and not relying on the "swarm" of 21st. In addition using "Lore" as an excuse to be OP or to get advantage is ridiculous. And reading your lore page it doesn't ever state that you are specifically EOD/Tech/Boarding parties. Especially when we had other battalions who do those things and try not to claim it or take it. Please keep balancing in mind when making more suggestions to help people out when making choices. <3
  12. Very kind of you, and happy holidays
  13. -1, From what I am told this would be a bad choice as SUP troopers will be receiving the ability to have the defuse kits so giving an entire battalion the ability to do a the thing a single job can do seems redundant and gets rid of the point of having a support role to begin with. In addition your suggestion is double sided as there is a secondary suggestion that should be its own post, vehicle training is decided via Command meetings or at least brought up within the discord. Please if you do want the vehicle training portion to make a separate post for it, thank you.
  14. 9/10, well made and put together

    Clone 99

-1, this seems to be a useless position to be created with to many opportunities for it to be played wrong and mingy behavior.
  16. Bro

    An Initiation

8/10 Great rp and though a slow pace, I'm glad you had top brain people in the right place to make it run smoothly
  17. 9/10 I found it to be a great lore event with a synergy twist, I like the immersive portion and almost hand made cut scenes.
  18. Bro

    Under Pressure

9/10, it was a well built event with great RP on both sides and what put this over an 8 is due to the fact you and your jobs were able to turn around portions and make the RP really in depth and believable.
  19. You've been great my dude, I've honestly had a great time with you around. Remember to always hold your head up high and have fun. Life sometimes can feel to short and weigh us down as certain points, but honestly the best you can do is have fun and look at the lighter sides of things. I understand how it feels when a game slowly becomes a chore and ultimately feels like a weight dragging behind, best you can do is take a break and try some other things out then when you feel ready to dip your toes into something you know, it'll still be here. Go live life and do be careful, we still care about you <3

    41st Changes'

-1, (Trooper) Trooper job is the base job all battalions have so allow new troopers in and a starting ground for the people to get swayed into a regiment. (ENG) The only reason you don't have ENGs is that the branch under your battalion lacks leaders for engineering. A good leader in the right place who actually cares about the branch can change the regiment. (Heavy) Heavy trooper is ok to remove I guess but it doesn't make to much sense to do such a thing. I would rather you try not to delete the jobs handed to you from standardization. Easiest that way and stops people from complaining about jobs in the long run. (Weapon change) I don't mind a weapon change so you can match because it seems weird unless everyone in that sub unit has the same weaponry. (ENG equipment for others) People don't get the ENG stuff because they are required to know it before hand. You become an engineer for the engineer equipment thats it. If you don't dedicate yourself to becoming a full engineer you don't get the benefits. Giving them away to others is removing the need from other engineers and is unfair.
  21. +1 I am very skeptical when I first hear that you were applying and wanted to treat the position as a BCMD position. I am though relieved you understand that it is there to overseer and assist the BCMDs and help the communications with high command. That being said I look forward with working with you and I hope these plans or views do not change later on down the road. Please do keep a cool head an all situations and make sure to see both sides of each coin. And please remember that you hold the base standard for all of SO BDE and I hope you hold it high.
  22. 9/10, The event was well built in all portions we are apart of, and enjoyed to see the RP in hologram RP. I appreciate you taking the time and working with my squad and their odd hours.
  23. 8/10 thought it was well built, though it seemed to have heavily relied on Foxtrot. I enjoyed how intense it was though I'd state when giving us a secondary spawn point I'd recommend a place a little less droid filled, I've died on my tac about twice.
