Which is hardly important and not a good enough reason to -support someone, it's just a way of saying "I don't want you because I don't know you and I can't actually critizise you so here I go!" You currently hold the rank of Rancor ARC Commander Colt, this position clearly took you a lot of time and dedication to achieve, you know how to lead a small unit, and you know how to lead a large unit of ARC Troopers, not any normal clone, an ARC Trooper, which is second to an RC in quality of training and performance. I was Delta 40 Fixer for a few months, and so I have experience within the SOBDE, and with that being said, when I first joined the brigade, it took me two days to fit in and adjust to the culture of a Black Ops battalion, and it was really fucking easy. I have read your document, something which I doubt many of these people commenting on this application have done, and based off of that I am reassured knowing that you understand the inner-workings and expectation of such a squad, and you understand each character and minor detail, and you have already organized a To-Do-List for when you become Hunter. SOBDE is in a bad state, not according to me, but according to somebody already embedded within that brigade, which is why it would be beneficial for somebody competent and motivated from the outside to come and show what an outsider can do. Look at the other servers my guy, Icefuse and Synergy are the only two servers that still do this system where you have to be staff to be eligible to be a Gamemaster, and big surprise both servers the events have been dying down in quality. There are dozens of people that are down to apply and be a GM but they won't even bother because they don't want to turn this server into a job lol

Bro you guys can keep setting higher quotas for gamemasters but it will turn from quality to quantity, just open up the damn GM team to non staff lmao

More than a few battalions in Synergy shouldn't be in place just because that CWRP is dying and battalions can't maintain numbers, cool idea though.

So I've noticed that Sith have been implemented, Sith council, sith lords and other shit, as well as the Sith Emperor, which is curious. This server has transitioned from CWRP to JVS within the Clone Era, I take it this is because Synergy wanted to open a Jedi v Sith server but if they did so they would strain their player-base to the point that their network would collapse. I just don't really know what happened lol, it seems like the Synergy I played in 2018 has just completely changed, why has the server changed to JVS? It's clone wars roleplay for fuck sake, well not anymore at least. Since this community was supposedly "By the players, for the players", what are your thoughts on this sudden change?

In my eyes, most battalions in this server, if not all, utilize a flawed method of physical training for punishment. Making someone run laps around MHB or moonpool doesn't teach them shit, better to have random weapon inspections, fuck up their gun and make them fix it, actually make them work for something. But then again I forget this community is stagnant when it comes to evolving and moving past useless shit like faces, which are and have always been useless due to the fact they cannot be used in combat environment effectively. Surprising faces are still a think when there is now a compass and bearing system, same for formations, absolutely garbage in a combat environment, the only useful one would be prisoner diamond, but considering players on this server run at mach 10 and can jump like Mario, that factor also renders formations useless. With the resources at your disposal it should be very easy to move past these traditional methods such as running laps, faces, and formations, but it seems that the people on this server are very conservative of their methods.

Dunno if this is even a thing anymore, might as well just ban people for 4 months instead of permanently.

There are lots of people in the community that want to help the server by running events, but are not willing to become a staff slave and turn the server into a job, myself being one of those people. The community is meant to be run by the players, for the players and since this shit has been denied so many times I don't think Synergy can use that motto anymore since this is what the community wants, but staff are too afraid to lose their power. Because apparently having to go through the staff ranks for months and turn the server into a job makes you trustworthy lul +1

High Command is a management position, a big influence as to what keeps people hooked on these games are promotions and rewards, when you hit HC, you’re treating the game like a job instead of a game, and that burns people out since they already have to deal with shit in real life. They come on to play, not to work.

I am confident that Rezdor has it in him to do a fantastic job as Kal Skirata with the Null’s, he’s been doing outstanding work as of late and has a very good work ethic, and I do not believe that there is anyone else that can do this job. +1
