The Jedi do not have to rank the same as HC, this change only benefits a small circle of individuals, not the community, if you want to rank the same as HC, then you should have to put an application up on the forums. You don’t need that amount of power. Unless of course your goal is power, which it seems to be. -support due to suggestion benefiting select individuals instead of entire community, as well as power grab.

Greetings and Salutations esteemed guests and valued friends. I will be retiring from my position as Delta 40 Fixer effective immediately. I cannot bring myself to play GMOD as much as I used to, it feels like a task that I have to complete at the end of every day, when really it should be something that I look forward to doing. I cannot play GMOD, while also playing other games, studying, doing homework, going out, and going to high school, my time schedule is fucked and I don't have any time to fit this game into the mix. With that being said, thank you for presenting this opportunity to me to play on your server, and be a member of your community. Some special shoutouts >3 @Mishue I would have never came to Synergy unless you had referenced it to me, thank you for notifying me whenever RC tryouts were happening, and thanks for hosting one more Fixer tryout so that I could have a shot at the position. +1 On multiple occasions, Fours has displayed the qualities that is required of a leader, as well as having past experience in leadership positions, and in the one he is currently applying for, this, in my opinion, makes him the best candidate for the position of Delta 38 Boss.

-1 AFK Players increase the general server population. More server population = More players joining How do you think all the new people are joining dude? Nobody ever joins a dead server, people only join a well-populated and active one lol. Same for the credit thing, would be retarded to code and is not worth it, most people AFK just for the credits. Also, this is really bias towards the NA time, what about AU/EU? There are barely enough players online there, so unless you want to pull an icefuse and become dead in that timezone this change would be severely flawed.
