Rancor should have a subunit, right now Alpha ARC serves as the elite of Rancor. If Alpha ARC were moved to SOBDE, Muunilist 10 could just replace them as the elite Rancor troopers but w/e.

The application is solid, however you make statements that cannot be criticized as they are very direct and you do not actually lay out a plan as to how you plan on achieving your goals . SmallJeff did the same thing in his application, and he said he planned to crack down on mingeyness and would be extremely strict, however as it turned out, SmallJeff had no backbone and did not discipline his squad whatsoever, and as a result, individuals that should have been removed/punished are still in their slots because of the incompetence of said SL, which was truly disappointing. I would like to avoid such a repeat of Gregor's promising to do one thing and then being retarded and getting removed or being incompetent, so I want you to step-by-step explain to me how you plan to change the reputation of Foxtrot Squad, and how you plan to ensure that Foxtrot Squad will be active under your command. Until then.

I don't know what's funnier, the fact that you don't believe he would be a good candidate because of the learning curve of going from leading a full battalion to 4 guys, or that you are claiming that his objectives clearly outlined in the documentation provided can be compared to Stalin's 5 year plan, a dude that murdered up to 7 million people.

The main point was this. According to you, somebody who has been in and out of SOBDE for the past year, and rejoined recently, SOBDE is in a bad state, it may look like it's doing alright on the outside, but on the inside I've heard from you and one other person that I won't name that the quality of roleplay has been degrading, and that mingeyness in particular squad(s) has been becoming increasingly popular and has gone unpunished due to the integrity of the SL of said team(s). Whilst the last portion of what I quoted you in was taken out of context according to yourself, the comment is still applicable to the comment that I made. If there are parts in your car that are damaged and causing your car to suffer, would you not want to replace them with brand new parts that you have bought from the store, rather than continuing on with busted up parts?
