So to address a few things, I'll start in order. Kaneki, while you are in the right to hold that opinion, this isn't an application or suggestion for the group as a whole, so putting a -1 in that sense kind of defeats the purpose of replying to this post. Poe, you certainly are right, but I'd like to ask some questions in regards to where or how you factored in his LOA, which was an LOA in which he had little to no access to the community. Past that, the only other thing to be said is whether or not you took into account whether or not he was working with Sith, which is the topic of this application. I don't disagree that listing the 327th for experience was wrong if that is his work ethic in the battalion, but ultimately clone experience is almost null and void outside of general leadership in regards to jedi/sith, and I would like your take on his leadership and ability as an officer along with what you have stated here number wise. Lastly Arroyo, it's mostly the same. Did you account for his LOA, and other than that, grinding for the position is still putting in work, regardless of whether the work was specifically working towards getting the position. (I would say that makes getting the position even more earned than if it was just given to him.) Okay, so now on to my vote, I'm going to neutral for now, not because I'm not leaning or decided, but rather because I'd like something clarified by the directors, @Dragon @silvers. Is sith being removed, or is it staying. Something I'm sure you guys have already started looking into, but being that some of the -1's are because they are, and I quote, "being yeeted." Outside of that, I'll give my opinion on Cloud. Cloud is retarded, frankly a lad who is easily swayed by the opinions of others, and yet despite that I think that he could do well given the proper guidance and a strong backing from the sith council. Leadership might be sparse, but I personally intend to give him tips and tricks to running shit around and getting things in order. If you have faith in my leadership you should at least give him a chance to actually run sith, unlike the joke of a run Chrome ran. Personal reasons or not, counting his term as the last hope of the Sith would be wronging the group as a whole, seeing as Chrome didn't live up to his own promises of activity and leadership, rather than attempting and failing.

This is a bit of a weird one, as it’s been so long since this time, (Since before Synergy was created.) The main reason for listing this would be to show that I have experience on the other side of leadership. Mace Windu: This one is a bigger role that I believe is relevant here, and that is Mace Windu. I served about one full term as Mace under Tyzen about a year or so back, and while I can’t say without being modest, I’ll say what I feel about how I performed. While being Mace, I learned the ins and outs of what Yoda/Mace do to run the order, oversaw the council as a whole and got a generous amount of decision making put in front of me. I should probably state that the reason this is as far as I moved in the order, or tried to move to is because I left for basic training right before my two months came and went. Null Jaing/A’den: Another role that I believe is worth mentioning as SOBDE is something I feel could be considered separate from the normal clone experience. My time in Null gave me some great perspective on how SOBDE functions and just how to deal with and treat the regiment as a whole. Shaak Ti: This is another position that I am going to separate from the section below, and only because Shaak Ti is such a different role than anything jedi or clone related. During my time as Shaak, I strived to ensure that the voice of the clones was heard within the council when it came to named characters, as well as making sure that any issues between clones and Jedi were resolved as soon as they came up. Other: Instead of naming every named character and rank I have ever held, I wanted to just do a general run down. I have been pretty much everywhere, whether that be as a master in the council, taking me to battalions like the 41st, 501st, 212th, and even DU, as well as an SOBDE jedi for a short period of time. I’ve led multiple clone regiments such as sharpshooter and heavy, jet trooper and ARC. I’m generally well versed in much of the functions of RP and trainings on the server. Why should you become Grand Master?: Another one of those things that you can’t answer fully without a bit of modesty, so I won’t try and be completely humble around it. There have and always will be problems within the order and the council as a whole, and my opinion on the current council and the order as a whole as it is, is that there is too much complacency and lack of initiative from all of the different parts of the order. Branch leadership is lax and only do things when things are brought up instead of actively seeking to eliminate their shortcomings, council members sidelining themselves when it comes to decisions that they may think the Directors would argue against in favor of preserving their status as a master, and so on. With all of that in mind, I believe that acknowledging those shortcomings and addressing them as a council and as the leader of the order is where the jedi should be headed, and something that I am well suited to do amongst my peers on the council. Among other things, I wish to maintain transparency, and in the pursuit of doing so, I intend to keep myself open to questions and discussions, whether that be in teamspeak or in game, as to ensure no miscommunication on decisions of the council or myself continue. Along with this, and something that I think is a problem currently, is that while the order may be the last to know of things, the council isn’t too far ahead of the order, and I plan on keeping the council in the loop on any outside discussions or changes that may come from the directors or the founders. I intend to do my best to respect everyone I work with on the server, and maintain amicable relations with as many people as I can, whether that be battalions, base ops, senators, or even sith. Something that I will acknowledge is my impulsive tendencies to act on things, whether it be negative reactions or just jumping into something to be proven wrong, but I also think being someone who is willing to get into discussions and converse with people who may or may not agree with the council is something that the jedi could and should have in its leadership. To address some concerns that I feel may pop up are things like, "But you're hardly active" or "You aren't serious enough." To speak on activity, I try my best to maintain at least 20 hours a week, and I do not afk on the server to inflate my hours. Looking at the second part, I try not to be a stick in the mud for RP and my biggest goal as Yoda and even more so as a player is to make sure as many people as I can interact with have a good time playing on the server and have fun, whether that be in events or in the downtime. I would also like to bring the opinion of the council and its decisions back to where I believe it should be, and that is ultimately at a point where, while it may not be liked, it can at least be looked at as something that was decided fairly, rather than by a bunch of people nobody can get behind. How do you plan to improve relations within the Jedi Order between branches?: Well, this is a weird one considering the relations between branches is your typical relationship. If you want me to be honest, the only real thing I can do is ensure that the branches have clear boundaries for their roleplay and nurture their rights and their ability to exercise their rights more, whether that be towards me working on securing more negotiation rights for consular or engineering for sentinel, and figuring out exactly where I want to have guardians to go to, there’s not much I can do but ensure that at least some level of respect is shown between branches. Before I continue with the reply, I did get permission as to clarify some misconceptions. So you're not really understanding a majority of the side conversations. First things first, these are just a small portion of a huge rabbit hole of drama Haley had a master ask me to look into. I was given at least 15 names of people supposedly targeting her whilst she played Ahsoka and some just in general. The intention of the other conversations is to showcase exactly where things really lay and the misdirection she used while also dragging Elijah as an aggressively incompetent Anakin. Again, think about the number of conversations I had in which the end result was that she in fact was just stirring a pot of drama in hope of distracting the council from her own transgressions as Ahsoka within the battalion and the relationship she kept with Elijah as master and padawan. Some of the people named had never even talked to her beforehand and were named for this reason or that. I tried to stay grounded in terms of all of the things I could have posted within the report, and I will remain true to that. One thing that I was clear on was making sure I phrased the rules broken clearly and efficiently. You could argue that RDM is a thing for minging, but that wasn't the intention, and I did not make the report because of minging. I'm not sure how well you understood the report, but it was made because of well over a month of consistent drama, slandering, rule breaking, and disrespect towards the council, masters, and other members of the community, as well as working on deciding as a community as to whether or not someone who has clearly made a bad mark on the server to the extent that well over forty people would rather her be punished than not should be allowed to stay. I will state that the thing that tipped me over the edge was actions and slander towards a fellow master, Nightmare, in regards to her demotion. Towards the bottom of the report, I have pretty much word for word the things stated during her demotion. From those words to the less than five minutes that she was in the channel, she stated that Nightmare acted unprofessionally, immaturely, and ultimately tried to bring it to the directors as fact. I myself performed her demotion, as I was the least connected with the drama she created within the order, and the only time there was anything out of the ordinary from a professional standpoint was at the beginning when someone left the channel and I muddled the words a bit while being distracted. With this in mind, after she brought it to the directors and or the HA's, she stated that the other two masters besides myself and Nightmare were liars when they stated that it was indeed slander. Obviously in hindsight, I should have recorded it knowing her track record, but the intention was not to make a spectacle of someone who already dominated the councils attention when it came to disciplinary action. Other than that, everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I hope I at least clarified the reasons for certain things in the post and made clear the reasons leading up to the report being filed.

Just a quick question, is the temple entrance at a teleporter off the planet or is it built into the map? (Look at Rishimoon for example.) If it is a teleporter, put it in a neutral place so that sith don't have to deal with the base to do raids.

I'll start with one of the more notable and long standing issues with her, with that being the Ahsoka situation. During the situation, she was causing and creating drama and manipulating multiple people within the battalion and even other jedi to skew the opinions of Elijah, the Anakin at the time. On top of this, she decided to discredit the council by bringing into question the honor of multiple masters who she had not even spoken to previously. You might ask how I know all of this, and that is because she had another master that I cannot name publicly, as I do not want to drag him into this without his permission, but this master came to me and asked me to investigate the situation. The next big thing is her harassment of Sniff, the next person to receive the character of Ahsoka. Sniff himself can explain it better than anyone, but there were a multitude of instances of harassment against him out of spite. Some of the things that happened were things such as switching jobs to her senator to reprimand Sniff for something that wasn't even against the rules, (Where he was standing as Ahsoka in regards to doing promotions and participating with the 501st.) There are many more instances of her consistent witch hunting of Sniff, most prominently her player report against him for something as simple as a mistaken use of a glitch he didn't even know was a problem. The whole report was ultimately her deciding she knew better than the council, and another play at getting Sniff off of the Ahsoka character. Next comes the more recent issue with her that has already led to action regarding her jedi character. As we all know, Ahsoka opened up again, and with the next set of trials came another failed attempt at getting the character by Haley. After she failed to achieve getting the character, she decided to argue openly and besmirch the names of the people running the trial because of her own inability to pass the trial, and when confronted and told to stop, she continued on, and eventually began messaging Elijah, stating this or that but eventually getting to the point of stating that she didn't care of she got demoted, but eventually stating that she had "spent too much money" to be demoted below Knight. From here we get to her eventual demotion. I myself led up the demotion as I was the least bias and most knowledgeable on the different issues she has caused. It is here that she has begun to spin tales about what went down, and it is where I draw the line on what I'm going to let slide within my own field of view. I won't go into the banning of Mike, as he more than earned that, but she decided to state that Nightmare was targeting her and stating that Nightmare was unprofessional and I quote, "Giggling" during her demotion. This is a blatant lie, and if anything Nightmare more than anyone was acting as professionally as possible. For reference, I'll give you word for word her demotion, as to shine light as to why the actions were taken and give you a bigger picture on the kind of person that she has led herself to be represented by. "After careful deliberation amongst old members and new, looking into allegations of witch hunting, disrespect, and other accounts of misdeeds, I demote you to the rank of youngling. In what I've seen, that's a false statement. I looked through it myself, and the last sughestion pushed through to pending was Poof, and the last suggestion for jedi that was accepted was to add personal sabers to named masters. (That was December 31st btw.) Same as with battalions, as jedi leadership you should be expecting changes and suggestions put in. The thing about some of the reason characters that have really sold the character is that their model is already in the server packs, which is a majority of why it was passed. I'm personally not sure why so many people are -1ing because of the dead character thing. One thing that was brought up by Marvel is that we should be fixing all the dead characters that have piled up, and while I can understand that, nobody is going to push for these removals, least of all himself. With that in mind, why block a character with more lore than an entire battalion? Ima Gun Di can provide good roleplay to the server, which is lacking from most everybody on the server.

I have held this position around 2 months and 10 days and have been told that I have done a good job so far. With the time I have spent as Mace Windu I was granted a white saber, which is a big accomplishment in the order itself. Battalion Commander Fox In the short amount of time of obtaining this position I, along with my officers revamped the battalion. We wiped the battalion with exception of a few, created a new roster, training documents, tryouts, CG Rules, etc. I may have a slight bias, but I would say we turned Coruscant Guard around and now it seems to be functional. Obviously I want the order to improve more than it already is, but ultimately if I can keep it functional and stable than I would be perfectly happy how the term would end. How do you plan to keep the branches alive all at the same time or how do you plan to make all the branches like each other? Currently some of the branches have flaws and it’s honestly a bit hard to make all of the branches completely alive. We’re looking for things to add to branches so that it gives the different branches more appeal and so each branch has something special about them. There isn’t really any bad blood between each of the branches, but some branches do complain that their branch isn’t doing so well or that other branches have more appeal than their. Like I stated in my interpretation above, we’re working on things to add to each branch, but sometimes that can be a bit hard as we have limitation due to it being a game. If I happen to get Grand Master of the Order I would suggest removing this question because it’s just very confusion on what this question actually means.
