Name: Bacter STEAM_0:0:91592661 Staff Rank: VA Are you VIP?: Yeah Date: Reason for leaving: I do not have the time, It sucks, I think this run I achieved the least amount, and honestly, I did the worst, I couldn't have my best Gree Term, I couldn't grind to HA I couldn't do a lot but while my synergy career fucking sucked, my real life was awesome, school and life have been the best it honestly it has ever been, seeing how both shifts has been insane to me. I fly back between SF and LA and continue to grow my social circle and experience new things, at some point I tried telling myself I can keep it all up but I can't, I don't think this is for me anymore, I wanted to delay this more and more thinking at some point it would get easier but I just see things and I realize I just cant keep this up as a normal player. I have come to the point where I cant say I'm ever going to leave forever, but I don't think I can ever be just a normal player again. Wanna ping my @ Veteran Admin@ Head Admin @ Director, out of all the times I have done high staff this has been the most fun and geniully the most competent and hard-working team, High Staff tries there honest to god best for every single person and I hope more people can see that.

Agree with Brooklyn, I enjoy the longer wait times to get promoted on the server we have established, I would be ok with just COL and just addicting back more of the JO ranks also. But honestly I think were fine where we are personally.

I respect this opinion. My only counter argument to this is that it has worked in the past. However it was honestly not something I considered. So that leaves room for thought. The main reason for this suggestion was to properly establish a senior officer corps like back in the old days. Instead of just having a couple of majors and commanders under the BCMD. Which in my eyes, can prove to be a problem. But to think about it for the smaller battalions It would leave some good empty slots in the middle. Like I said, room for thought, and appreciate the opinion.

I think it's very wild how some people here have done nothing but bitch and moan about Arroyo and Shady, without stating names. BUT COULD JUST AS EASILY dealt with this kind of problem through directors if they thought it was that huge of an issue. But obviously this is a "wait for the app to shit on the previous bcmd" type deal. So, respectfully, I can't take anything y'all say seriously. Kaiser, get this bread. My opinion of you has only gotten better the more based you got. I have respect for what you are trying to do, and think you literally have the best chance to do ANYTHING with CG. You are the type of person to deal with issues when they arise, and not the type to blame issues on others. Cause that isn't productive. +1

Yeah so I spoke to Arroyo and Kane before putting my app up, and spoke to 2 Majors around the last 2 apps hearing about issues they were facing with their previous BCMD. I have heard first hand accounts of the drama that's been going down in the CG officer channels, and have heard both "sides" of the current issues. After finishing my term as Cody I didn't really know what my plan was. I had some lighthearted ideas about joining CG at the end of my term to assist, but didn't bother due to not wanting to be in the battalion with Shady. After 9 months as Cody I was happy to sit as 2ndAC CPT and offer advice for the new Cody when needed, and I don't think I'm needed anymore. If I were to obtain this position I would probably leave my leadership position in the militia which I absolutely love. Sucks, but I would want to fully focus on CG. -1 only reason is there a battalion whose Officer corps that actually need the extra ranks because seems most of maybe at most 6 to 7 including the BCMD. Update: +1 Honestly COL should be back since it’s a lore rank but it’s also a good spot for people to be before Commander. I just really hope people don’t do fast promotions to COL or other ranks that get added because it would this ranks feel more like filler.

-1 Personally this looks like a Technodad jumping ship from one battalion to "fix" another one. Have you talked to officers of CG regarding this? I don't feel you're a good fit for this position especially after you finished you're term as Cody and are the lead for the militia.
