Pay respect is usually the react used for someone resigning or something happening where something is lost. Be it a function of the server, a player resigning, or other things along these lines. It is good to have a positive connotation to people remembering fondly these things with positive rep. How will this improve the Forums? Kinda explained above. You usually pay respect fondly remembering old things or appreciating someone leaving.

Yeah and it was a dumbass comparison... -1 Seems like Alpha Is second to Galactic Marines in asking for new things for their sub-units despite having the most stacked one on the server.
