Like I said on the last one if @Forseen is cool with it. I'm fine with trying it out and possibly setting some sort of restriction (IE you need some prerequisites, like a verified member or something to prevent file overload)

I agree, this should be an all or nothing situation, either everyone get's to use them or nobody does. But as an alternative, perhaps add it to the store as a package?

I mean, there’s plenty of people with them, but I guess if you’re previous high staff you can have a profile picture that apparently impacts the optimization. +1 don’t see why not
