This sounds like a hit registration issue, which would explain a lot honestly. I wouldn't mind looking into accuracy, but damage would have to most likely remain or lowered if absolutely necessary to ensure the weapon isn't ridiculous . Regarding the Lore section, I tried my best to keep most guns "Lore Accurate" with how they fire, but exceptions have to be made when balancing between PvE and PvP. If we were running on Unreal or Frostbyte I could get behind recreating weapons to match almost as a direct copy, but with the limitations Garry's Mod imposes on us we have to be pretty strict when making design and balancing choices. Note: I'm not saying I'm against "Buffing" the Z-6, I'm just stating it's a delicate line between being overpowered and being well balanced. Edit: The suggestion is also kind of confusing as to what you're entirely asking for, I'd just rename it to "Buff the Z-6"

I just personally think the rule is far too strict to the point were I can get banned for saying 3 wacky numbers to your friend or sending a gif or picture that says I have your IP. Just seems too far especially if the person you "targeted" thought it was funny and didn't have a problem with it

I read the suggestion, and while you did say you think it's not a good joke, there are many in the community that still do. My comments weren't directed solely at you (I'm sorry if it came across that way), but at the group of people who continue to bring this up as if it's a massive deal. This has been addressed multiple times over the last 3 months, by Directors and by Founders. The rules have been altered so that it's not an instant ban, and up to the discretion of Directors. I don't see the point of asking for more at this point. This is the last I'm gonna say on this thread (if you wanna talk on TS or discord I'm down), but I sincerely think this is a waste of brainpower for anyone to be devoting time to. I know I'm not gonna change your mind on this, so I'll agree to disagree. I appreciate you trying to open a dialogue instead of just dumbing me and moving on.

-1 Z6 is fine for what it is, a mid range suppressive fire weapon. As for you not able to hit anything, maybe just get good?

This is such a sad attitude, like I personally don't want the founders telling players what they can and cannot say outside of genuinely malicious acts. Stuff like racism, homophobia and other bigoted seem to have attracted little attention or repercussions garnering the regular punishments for most other rule breaks. IP jokes seem to have taken a life of their own as if they're some huge issue which pretty obviously it is not, if a fake IP or even mention of IPs really upsets you this much maybe you just shouldn't be on the internet. We don't like redundant restrictions because they ruin fun on the server and achieve nothing so why have them enforced at all. Pointless restrictions aren't fun and the community isn't very happy to hand over the power to ban whatever jokes the founders want if they deem it "scary" enough. This isn't like harassment it's just stupid jokes I don't see why we should just be okay with people telling us what we can do when it's not harming anyone else. But you seem to have a desire to lick this boot and die on the hill that banning jokes is epic sauce because I don't find it funny. It's weird to have this harsh a punishments for even mentioning IPs in a joke, clearly the community doesn't agree. You can tell by the fact IP jokes have skyrocketed in private since the introduction of this ban, it was almost never brought up but now it's happening again and again every day. People are always joking about "funny numbers" and how they're "scared". it's just so silly, why care this much about harmless jokes. If there is genuine threat behind the post and someone is doxxing people yeah go ahead but I think most of us are yet to see that. +1, I think it's funny and banning it has only made it funnier just making it a much bigger issue when it never was one

the damage buff would only add 1 point of damage per hit your really gonna tell me that the CG Heavy helmet doesnt look better then every other heavy helmet?

-1 I think the way they have handled them so far are fair. If you wanna make the joke do it in a dm with your buddy or something like that. It’s not like it’s hurting anyone for being a rule in place. “OMg I cAnT poSt tHis Ip to make FuNny JokE”. Just get better content to choose from when making jokes

-1 we currently have a suggestion out that will be a HUGE buff to heavies in terms of who they are on the server. Personally I’d like to see that one implemented before we go to buff weapons again when the much better alternative of making the regiment more unique is already Suggested .
