This isn't a rule or a rule that needs to be changed. People just need to take the stick out of their asses and stop AOSing people every chance they get. Arrests are dumb because they're all mostly petty. Talk it out before you AOS someone. Most of the time it's a misunderstanding and there is zero need to cause anymore problems by getting someone arrested.

ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh -1 Would prefer not to have Senator Bartholomew IV of the unknown regions planet Butt Sex tryna act like a tough cookie and boss people around. I think the current lineup of Senators are lore friendly and there is enough of them to where Senators don't feel as if they are their own battalion. I could support maybe adding 1 or 2 other lore senators to the server but not a job that's basically a copy of the citizen event job with a limit of 5.

This sounds great and all, but it's actually difficult to tell sometimes when someone "accidently" shoots their guns or "accidently" runs somebody over. With the current rule, all players have the same punishment regardless of intent, which ends up having everything be fair. It sucks, but it's the best possible way to do it. -1.

This seems kinda pointless, trust me when I say that there are just people that don't have the capacity to know the difference between an accidental and intentional RDM. For example, a day or so ago, I showed off that I have a rocket launcher to a CT and a 21st decided to show his in the bunk hallway as well. I put mine away and started to walk away, i hear an explosion and see two 21st, one CT, and one of my DU dead in the hallway. It was an accident, all parties agreed and we went our separate way. It really depends on the person or people present during it. I won't vote on this because It doesn't matter to me whether it gets approved or not, because I judge things situation by situation.

Accidental RDM just means you shouldn't get disciplinary action taken against you battalion side of the arrest, actual arrest itself would be valid. There would be way too many arguments with this, being a he said she said argument or people making excuses for the arrest etc. In a perfect world this would be great but there's alot of ways to go around this then just making a suggestion to stop aosing people -1

-1 Senators aren't even active LOL and when they are there is barely any roleplay going on. Just them popping in for a few mins than they disappear

If this was a suggestions to add more named Senators, I would +1, more lore is good and some people might like playing them. It wouldn't hurt. But since this is basically a suggestion to add Senators with no actual lore and a basis for their RP, it's gonna be a -1 from me. The Senate is struggling as is to get their ranks full and active.

The point of the senate is the play as individual members of the senate not just random ass people The senate is large enough and you're spending a lot of time expanding it rather than fixing actual internal issues How about you fill all the slots with active senators who make RP using implemented systems to help guide them. This just seems like unnecessary bullshit to bolster Senate numbers of what should be a small group not a whole ass battalion

-1 I can’t believe I’m saying this I agree with comics as the original creator of havoc squad the point was to use their mobility so having shield would slow them down. The squad should be a run and gun style a major change from the slow slug it out style of normal du. yes it’s fannon and made up but it’s completely going against the point of adding the squad in the first place.
